Hotel claims it’s a 4 star hotel, I would maybe give it a 2 at best. The rooms have twin beds no queens. There are no amenities in the bathrooms. The aircon barely works and the breakfast, the eggs are either burned or overcooked. The front desk staff however are extremely nice and helpful.

Hotel has its own parking lots a plus but it is not very close to public transport approx 10-15 min and approx 20-30 min by bus to be at the historic site of Florence

The room is OK, the elevator is old, the breakfast is poor. The only advantage is that there is a private parking lot, which is large enough and free. The other hardware facilities are really not suitable for a star hotel, they are too old.

It is not a 4 star. Very nice and helpful staff. The structure is definitely inadequate for a four-star hotel. Air conditioning not effective.
