As other reviews, the location is excellent. This is NOT a hotel (featured in hotel category) and there was no breakfast. Downside if you arrive before 2pm, then there is no access. We arrived before 12 noon and had to pay to leave our luggage in a depositary about 200m away until we could access the building. The accommodation is part of the fourth floor of this old building, served by an antiquated caged lift. Room was refurbished to a good standard, clean and tidy with a small en-suite. Great view over the rooftops of the Cathedral and Duomo.

Located pretty much right next to the cathedral, you could not really ask for a better location. The B&B is on one floor of a building and has only a small number of rooms. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but if you get a room on the street side, keep in mind that you are right in the centre of Florence, so there will be street noise ( ear plugs were effective). The B & B has a delightful little terrace with views of the cathedral where breakfast is served if the weather is good. If not you take your breakfast back to your room on a tray. There were tea / coffee making facilities in the room, which is not always the case in small places like this. The owner is friendly and helpful.

Booked 2 rooms 1 city view and 1 Duomo view. Both rooms were clean and very nice. The Duomo view was amazing, could not ask for a better view. The location was perfect could not ask for a closer location to the Duomo. Very convient location ro all the tourist attraction all within a short walk. There was a Cafe on the next block for coffee and pastries, and a Gelato Cafe around the block. The reception desk is only open from 2pm until 8pm. They do provide a telephone number if you need assistance. Would definatly stay again if in Florence.

Localization is perfect, the room was very good, it was very easy to find . It's in the center of the city, with lots of monuments and restaurants The staff is very kind and profissional, give us all the information required. We want to come back again! Many thanks to Daniele

Positives: Excellent location, very helpful staff Negatives: Previously there was a terrace for guests to use, this has now been closed. The view from the terrace having breakfast was a significant benefit to staying here before.The website is not clear that the terrace is private now. The shower had very poor pressure and the cabinet was rather small. The absence of the terrace is a negative now

Nothing to say about the location which is really top, in the center, practically on the Duomo, from the bedroom window you can see the cathedral perfectly. They welcomed us very kindly. Unfortunately the negative point was the cleaning, the room was really dirty, in the bathroom we found hair on the floor (not ours) dust everywhere, we didn't even take a shower, and we were afraid to walk barefoot on the floor, moreover the thing that what disturbed us a lot is that the balcony of our room was full of mouse droppings. Poor and poor quality breakfast. In short, we only paid for the location. Why didn't we say anything?! Because fortunately it was a very short stay. We won't be going back again, sorry.

W momencie rezerwacji była informacja o dostępności tarasu i serwowanym na nim śniadaniu- tylko dlatego zdecydowałam się na ten obiekt. W momencie przyjazdu okazało się ze taras został przerobiony na balkon jednego z pokoi a śniadanie nie jest już dostępne. Właściciel obiektu nie widzi w tym żadnego problemu. Pokoje odnowione ale łazienka bardzo zniszczona i wymagająca remontu. Jedynie lokalizacja jest świetna. Absolutnie nie polecam. Fatalna obsługa i kontakt.

Posizione ottima. Camere pulite e spaziose. Peccato esserci andati in inverno e non aver potuto usufruire della bellissima terrazza con una vista meravigliosa. Personale gentile e disponibile ci hanno dato una chiave per poter entrare a ritirare i bagagli lasciati in deposito.
