A hotel I like very much. It is small and exquisite, very clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the color matching is beautiful. The hotel handles every detail very well. The hair dryer is a Dyson, which is a very friendly detail for ladies. The food in the restaurant is also good, the tableware is also beautiful, and the service is very thoughtful. If any friends are coming to Florence, this is a highly recommended hotel. Our whole family likes it very much.

A truly lovely, boutique hotel situated on the Santa Maria Novella Plaza. Easily within walking distance to all major attractions and close to the train station for easy access. Fabulous and top-notch staff who made certain to ensure every need was met. A++

recently stayed at The Place Firenze and had a exceptional experience. The boutique hotel atmosphere is warm and elegant, creating an intimate and luxurious feel. The room was beautifully appointed with great attention the bed was very comfortable with high-quality bed linens that made our night restful. Service throughout the stay was impeccable: professional, attentive, and always with a smile. Every interaction felt personal and genuine, which really elevated the experience. If you’re looking for a refined yet welcoming stay in Florence, The Place Florence is an lovely choice. I will absolutely return!

We originally had reservations at the Four Seasons but changed our stay to The Place due to it's price point and it did not dissappoint. We had a view of The Basilica of Santa Maria Novella from our balcony. It's a boutique hotel that feels like you are staying at an aristocrat's mansion with high ceilings and nice furnishings. Everything was curated beautifully from the china and silverware in their restaurant, the linens to the products offered in the bathroom. We were so impressed that we inquired about the designer who is Julia B who was originally a NY designer and now resides in Italy, we were told. It's located very conveniently. The food served in their restaurant was absolutely delicious. We had breakfasts and afternoon snacks during our day and they were all amazing. The staff and service were all on point.

The service at The Place was outstanding. We were on vacation celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary with our adult children. Our son commented that the experience at The Place was one of the highlights of our ten day vacation in Italy. We highly recommend!
