Hotel was good, a bit of a maze to reach your room with long narrow hallways and a very little room but the staff is friendly, the room is tidy and the location is ok.

The decoration and facilities are so good, providing a sense of safety and comfort, especially for solo travellers like me. The only thing is there are mosquitoes that wake me up everyday and even bite my eyelid today😂. But everything else is great. The breakfast is delicious.

Non-refundable policy is draconian. If Diana Park is at full capacity - and "MY ROOM" lies empty - then maybe I can understand a fee. But if there are multiple vacancies right now, when I was scheduled to be there, the hotel is not losing revenue because I had to cancel. It is manipulative theft.

I stayed for two nights. I asked if I could leave my luggage before check-in time, and they kindly accepted.
The exterior is tasteful, and the interior is nice and clean. They provide water every day.
The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and it's about a 30-minute walk to the city center, so the location is good. There is a supermarket nearby, which was also nice.
The staff were polite and kind.
The value for money is also good, and I think it's perfect for sightseeing in Florence. I'd like to come again. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago, everything was good as last time. Parking is 20 euros. It's a 20-minute walk to the center, there's a good supermarket and a few restaurants nearby (we like Perseus). The breakfast at the hotel is standard Italian, nothing fancy. Next time we come to Florence, we'll probably stay here again.
