We hv a very nice experience to stay in Grand Fuji Hotel. Excellent environment and location. All staff are very helpful. Even this is an old style hotel but still kept very cleanliness and facilities all in good condition. Highly recommend to stay in.

Near to the Mt Fuji Shinkansen. But if you are travel to the lake Fujikawaguchiko. It is very far it take 2hrs++ by train. Other than that hotel staff was very friendly and the front office staff able to speak English too. Having a Good breakfast. We are able to view the Mt Fuji from the hotel rooftop. Room was very big. Unfortunately, mineral water in the room are chargeable. Most of the hotel are free.

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the train station, we found it quickly Quick check-in. The rooms are clean. Large bathroom, shower and full bath. The room had all the necessary little things. We went to this location for the mountain

The room was clean and tidy, with a wide view. There were two windows, one of which faced Mount Fuji. It was nice to be able to see Mount Fuji while lying on the bed. I had planned to check in at the Dream Bridge, but I saw Mount Fuji was covered by clouds from the window, so I canceled the plan. All the photos were taken from the window of the room.

Booked for my family from my hometown. I have stayed here before and will buy again. The room is clean, dry and wet are separated, the view is wide, the service is very enthusiastic, the lobby service staff and the front desk manager are praised by my family again and again, the breakfast is in line with the appetite, it is very close to Mount Fuji, convenient and fast, the gym will be better if it has more equipment, the overall cost performance is very high, satisfied and support with five stars

The room is very big and the location is very close to Fuji Station. The breakfast is a set meal with Western and Japanese styles. It is very rich and tastes good.

This is the first time I stayed in this hotel in Fuji. Although it is not very new, it is very comfortable and the service is very good, especially when we had Japanese breakfast. The food was delicious and the service was very thoughtful and considerate. I can also communicate with the front desk in English. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Fuji again, I will stay in this hotel again. Note: I ate a corner of the tofu before I remembered to take a photo 😊

This hotel is really thoughtful. It has a clothes sterilizer that I haven't seen in other good hotels. The room is very clean and the toilet is very big! And if you stay in the "Half Sweet Suite", you can see Mount Fuji from the window of your room as soon as you wake up. It takes only ten minutes to walk from the MRT to the hotel. (The photos I provided are of the Semi-Sweet Suite)

The service attitude is good, the room is also good, and you can see Mount Fuji when you go out. Very happy. There is a place where you can take a taxi right at the door. There is an old lady there who is super enthusiastic to help you take a taxi.

We took a room with a view of the mountains, amazing! The rooms are wonderful. I recommend this hotel for a rest between active trips
