The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to Lake Kawaguchiko. We chose a room with windows, and the hotel gave us a corner room, so the front window offered a perfect view of Lake Kawaguchiko, and the side window overlooked Mount Fuji. The hotel also has free hot spring baths, which was a nice bonus. We also booked breakfast and dinner, and they were quite good!

The hotel is old but clean and comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom amenities are still traditional. If you don't have a car, make sure you have everything you need, as it's a long walk to find the nearest restaurant and shops. We have a nice kawaguchiko lake view from the room.

Location is good the room also clean. Onsen quite small and they allow tattoo person go in. The hot water cannot work properly and at the mid night the water totally stop working.

This is a very traditional Japanese ryokan. Although the facilities show their age slightly, it's very clean and the location is excellent, right next to a park and the Kawaguchiko Bridge, making it quite tranquil. The staff are very welcoming, and the room is quite spacious. The toiletries in the room's bathroom are from Pola. Both the large public bath and the open-air onsen are wonderful. The food is decent. The hotel also sells yukata and haori, which are hard to find elsewhere and are reasonably priced, so I bought a set to take home. Overall, I would definitely want to stay here again on my next visit.

The room is a Japanese-style tatami, and there's a hot spring right on the first floor, located by Lake Kawaguchiko. Dining at night can be a bit of a hassle; if you don't want to eat at the hotel, you'll need to walk about ten minutes to an izakaya. Be sure to check the bus schedule at the entrance beforehand, otherwise, it's nearly a 20-minute walk to Kawaguchiko Station. There are buses to the outlet mall at 9:10 AM and 10:10 AM, but on popular days, it's advisable to buy tickets in advance as there might not be seats available if you buy on the spot. On-site purchases require a credit card or cash; Alipay and WeChat are not accepted. I imagine Lake Kawaguchiko would be beautiful during cherry blossom season, but in winter, I personally prefer staying at Lake Yamanakako for the beautiful lakeside cycling.

The environment gets a perfect 5 stars just for the stunning views of Mount Fuji right from the room! You can also see it from Oike Park, which is just across the street. Plus, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and it's an easy walk to Kawaguchiko Station. For sunrise, it's super convenient to just walk across Kawaguchiko Bridge to the other side of the lake. Surprisingly, there's even an outdoor onsen! I went once in the morning and once at night, and both times it was completely empty – a public bath turned private :) As for hygiene and facilities, they were pretty standard. The room was quite sparse, and the sheets and duvet cover looked a bit old.

Location is good. Room is spacious. There is a sightseeing bus stop just nearby the hotel. U can walk from Kawaguchiko station as well. Breakfast is yummy and full. Mt. Fuji can be seen from car park of hotel. Kawaguchiko lake just across the road. Very nice view.
