I didn't know that there was a women-only floor and that I could only make a reservation there, so I made a reservation for a normal single room (for men). So I arrived at the hotel around 22:00 on the day and was charged an additional fee (about 1400 yen). If it's only for men, I'd like you to write that. I thought it was unisex. The receptionist responded very kindly, but that was the only point I couldn't understand, and it was a disappointing start to my trip.
