Atour Hotels in Fuzhou

This is my first time coming to Fuqing and my first time staying at Atour. The service from the moment I enter is quite nice. Environment: Very spacious and comfortable Hygiene: very clean Facilities: Very new and smart Late night porridge (late night snack): very stomach-warming and heart-warming There is also a laundry room, which will help with drying and delivery to the door of the room. The service is really considerate Of course the breakfast is also quite delicious, with many varieties Whether it is the front desk service, customer service staff, or restaurant waiters, they are all very friendly and polite! Next time I come to Fuqing, I will choose Atour

The lobby area and the room size is too small, it got cramped when there are more than 10 people in the lobby, and I can’t walk around the room when i open the luggage. Even though the hotel still decent, but it was below Atour Hotel Standard. The “executive room” also had no view (avoid room number 326 if you dont want that kind of view) The location really excellent, in the heart of 三坊七巷, near metro station. The employee also really helpful

Facilities: The room is well-equipped, spacious, and well-designed. Hygiene: I didn't encounter any hygiene issues this time, everything was good Service: The staff I met would greet me proactively. There were too many mosquitoes, and I got bitten a lot on the first day. I borrowed anti-itching cream from the front desk, which was free and very nice.

The welcome tea served upon check-in was fragrant and instantly soothed the fatigue of the journey. I would like to especially praise the professionalism of the service team: the minor incidents encountered during the stay were not only followed up and handled immediately, but also resolved doubts with sincere communication, which made people truly experience what it means to ”pay attention to service details to the extreme.” This kind of hospitality without shirking responsibility or being perfunctory is rare in today's hotel industry. The guest room design continues Atour's consistent humanistic aesthetics. The combination of log color and Morandi color is simple yet stylish. The intelligent customer control system and ergonomic chairs create a perfect balance between business and leisure scenes. The bathroom space adopts a four-separation design of dry and wet areas, and the display of spare parts is mysterious, demonstrating the careful consideration for the living experience everywhere. When checking out, I received a handwritten greeting card from the housekeeper, along with two bottles of customized mineral water, which made my journey home warm. This hotel, which has both clever design and human touch, has become my first choice for future business trips. Especially recommended for travelers who value service quality and pursue space aesthetics, it is worth a special trip to check in!

Great location within the city with the addition of the two small lakes and perimeter boardwalks. Lots of beauty on the walls. Breakfast is expansive and covers a small western offering including coffee. Salad items as well as Fresh fruit and cooked vegetables. Mix individual noodles, dumplings, mushrooms, veggies to create your own flavoured hot breakfast. Pastries and sweeter items for those who need the hit!😁 Good compact gym for the keen plus a laundry with washing machines and dryer. Full laundry service available or partial, you choose. We stayed twice, with a trip out of Fuzhou mid-week, both rooms were quiet and serene, large comfy bed, crisp sheets and a couple of pillow types to choose from. (You can buy crisp new bedding and pillows to take home from the lobby, if desired). I liked the operability of the windows that allows fresh air to enter and refresh the rooms plus closes tight to exclude outside noises for a tranquil sleep. It even has a robot that delivers your take-out (online orders) to your door, including beer ( if you order it😁) plus delivered a bottle opener to open the beer 👍👍 Good service and staff very friendly. Will return next visit.

Extremely clean hotel (cleaner and higher standards than Australia) with all the modern amenities. We had buffet breakfast every day with a mixture of fresh cooked noodles, western and Asian food. A great mix of food which everyone can enjoy. The hotel provides endless premium tea and always on offer for  complementary and easily to take on the go. The staff are so kind, attentive, happy and willing to help with anything, even with my mandarin being very poor they were able to efficiently communicate with me. They even called my parents a free premium taxi. The bed was very comfortable with a great selection of pillow. I loved the pillows and slept well every night! Gym is good. The cleaners are very friendly and love to have a chat, they give you new  amenities every day. Very central, lots of shops around and right next to a beautiful massive park. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world, and this is one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at. I can’t speak highly enough regarding the front desk staff. I encourage everyone to stay, and this is a very welcoming hotel for westerns also. Thank you for having me and my parents. We will be back very soon, I miss this hotel already and the amazing staff.

Facilities: Complete Sanitation: Clean. Environment: Quiet surroundings Service: Thoughtful and enthusiastic I was alone with my baby. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the clerk gave me honey water, which was very considerate. We stayed for two consecutive nights and took the initiative to upgrade our room, which made our stay more comfortable. It is close to Exit A of Dadao Station on Line 1, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. It's great. Atour will be my first choice for travel and accommodation in the future! I'm going home happily!

This trip with friends was totally enhanced by this hotel! The location is very close to the subway entrance. It takes only 10 minutes by taxi to Jinan Lake Park. I really like the slow life in Fuzhou. The room is simple but stylish, and the mattress is just the right hardness and softness, worthy of being produced by Atour. We, a few of us who are obsessed with beds, fell asleep in seconds! The front desk also gave away souvenirs at the opening event. The point is that the price-performance ratio is super high. I will recommend it to my friends when I go back. Hahaha

We enjoyed our one night stay here very much. The front desk staff were very friendly and they even have us a free upgrade on our room! The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. They had a free laundry service where we left our clothes in the laundry room with instructions to wash and dry at midnight. They delivered our clothes clean and dry at our doorstep by the time we woke up 10/10. The hotel is also walking distance to a big mall with delicious food along the way. The only issue we had was being woken up in the early morning by loud music outside on the street. But it was around the ***** near year festivities and the hotel also gave us disposable ear plugs next to our bed so this was ok.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was warmed by the tea service. As soon as I entered the hotel front desk, the young lady would come to serve tea. The temperature of the tea was just right. There is warm heart water in the room, and there are small biscuits. Room delivery service will also respond in time, and room delivery service will be delivered soon if you have anything you need. The front desk lady Shiyan will also be very enthusiastic about helping things that need help on business trips. When leaving the store, the front desk will also send warm water. The service is thoughtful. I will choose this Atour next time!
