i loved the place! hotel breakfast is totally worth it, yummy toast and lao hua (soup with free flow ingredients like clams, prawn, vege, meatball, fishball). their breakfast place is an actual buffet restaurant link to a spa. thereâs a wide variety of food to let you sample the food of fuzhou. hotel room is big and clean and nice. at 11pm, there will be food stalls that gather near the hotel for a great supper time!

The hotel is located in a remote area (relative to downtown Fuzhou), but there is Metro Line 1 (connecting Fuzhou Station and Fuzhou South Station), so it is convenient to go anywhere.

Friendly reminder: If you carry a lot of luggage, there is an upward escalator at A3, and there is a downward escalator at Exit A1 diagonally opposite the A3 road.
The whole room feels clean.

This hot spring hotel is in the city, inside the hot spring park, which is very convenient for traveling, visiting the park, and going to the station.
You can soak in hot springs at will during your stay in the hotel. There are not many hot spring pools, but they are all very clean, including fish therapy pool, Chinese medicine pool, white wine pool, beer pool, with a temperature of 38-42 degrees. There is also an indoor children's play pool, where you can massage and surf. Children like it very much. There is always someone managing it, which is good. If someone is rubbing in the pool, there will be staff to stop itđ.
There are not too many people, and there is no terrible situation of dumplings.
The private bath king bed room we stayed in has a large room, a large bath, and a SPA bed, but it is uncomfortable without a window.

The only small regret is that the sound insulation of the rooms on the first floor is slightly insufficient, and occasionally you can hear the sound of people walking upstairs. The room was clean and spacious and very enjoyable to be in for 4 nights. The service in this hotel is commendable and they really go the extra mile.
First of all, there were issues with the first two rooms I was assigned. By the second room, I passed a comment âforget it, Iâm lazy to request for a new room againâ and the concierge staff with me offered to go down and get me another room. I didnât get his name but I appreciate it and I got to have a comfortable stay thanks to him.
The other incident involved my Taobao return package which was divided into two parts and only one package reached the seller. I had already left China by then and was severely limited in trying to resolve the issue myself. I emailed the hotel for assistance, and am very grateful to Wilson Ye from Concierge who spent a few days following up with the platform and courier.
Would strongly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again if I ever visit Fuzhou.

An old hotel next to the hot spring park, one of the most popular choices for business trips to Fuzhou. The Digital China Summit was held during my stay, and the hotel price was very fair, just slightly higher, and the service quality did not decline.
During the two days of stay, I always met the lobby member service specialist Xiaolin, who looked tired, but always had a smile on her face, and was very patient, thoughtful and warm in service. Especially when the leader missed breakfast time, she actively helped coordinate the packing. I looked at the work card carefully, thank Lin Shuyi.

Not exactly at the Three Alley (Sanfang Qixiang) but still very central. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the hot spring looked questionable. I was truly looking forward to the hot spring since I had been reading many great reviews on the hotel facilities. Nevertheless, the shortcoming of the pool was made up by the staff and the breakfast. The staff were great - enthusiastic and very helpful. We also enjoyed the rich breakfast, especially the Chinese, and Western options.

GGuest UserBooked an 5 day stay for an Business Trip.
Location of hotel is good. There are a small shopping mall directly downstairs with some restaurants. (including starbucks and Mcdonalds) Most popular tourists and large shopping malls in the area are accessible via an short taxi trip. between 5-15 mins depending where you go.
Overall hotel is very clean.
Now for all the downside, (for reference I'm here during December with weather around 18 degrees during the day and 12-14 degrees during the night), if you like to control your own room temperature for your own comfort, do NOT book this hotel. The problem here is that they have an climate control in the room, however, it does not actually control any room temperature as I had later found out. Each day the hotel was pumping in heating through the centralised air condition. I complained that it was getting far too âwarmâ for me and it was getting uncomfortable as the room felt stuffy and was giving me headaches, As there was no windows that you can open, there was no way to get âfresh airâ feeling into the room. It was also affecting my sleep during the night, this was an VERY unpleasant feeling. I tried to speak to the staff about this problem and their simple reply was basically ânothing we can doâ not even an attempt to offer an solution and that the climate control inside the room does NOT in fact control the temperature for the rooms!
Another issue was I switched on the DND (do not disturb button) as I did not needed any room cleaning during the first night of stay, I came back to find room was cleaned and items was moved around. Now admittedly it's nice to come back to an tidied room, however I did not expect anyone to come in even though I switched the DND switch on. On the third day the same thing happen however this time I was inside the room working. Even though the DND button was switched on, staff was still knocking on doors and coming in to check if I needed room cleaning. After I rejected I was receiving calls to confirm I didn't need room cleaning, now all this is probably an good service for other people but for me it was very irritating as it kept interrupting me during an important work conference call.
The final thing that I found to be quite lacking considering this is âHiltonâ was when I checked out, the staff asked if I needed an receipt/invoice for my stay, in which I requested yes, as I needed to put it to office accounts department for reimbursement purposes. They actually told me they could not print out any invoices for my stay. I needed to go and do that myself on Trip, which was fine, I thought I can do that myself, however because I have used room service etc I cannot get this on âTripâ's website. It just felt the whole experience was so poor coming from the âHiltonâ group. 100% the worst stay I have had.

The dragon fruit was prepared. In my stay, the staff members were quite helpful. They recommended the good place to eat and also helped me to get a taxi as my Alipay didnât work for transport. KKelvin OeySpace Pod Capsule (white UFO shaped) rooms are not available. I was clickbaited with the picture shown on Trip.com app.Â
The check-in counter said that the capsule room we booked isnât ready yet, so they gave us an upgraded room, which is turned out as a normal square (apartment vibe) boring room. (Check my pictures) Boo-yah!
When i explore the area, i found the space pod capsules in a restricted area & don't think they're operating them anymore (just as the glass slides).

+ the Receptionist & concierge are very friendly & english spoken!
+ the Hotsprings are tremendous, 50 ponds in total of outdoor & indoor ponds. (consider to start visiting by the time itâs opened which is from 2:30 PM until sunset around 6PM). Then continue to dine at the restaurant afterwards. We took ab 4,5hours to finish all the 50 ponds lol. This is like a (man-made not natural) Hotspring Wonderland!
+ kids-friendly which is smoke free & we required to wear swimsuit (unlike japanese onsen which req us to be totally naked).

BBoyinruigeKaili comes to Fuzhou. The room environment is elegant and comfortable. The front desk attendant Bella is thoughtful and fully meets the guests' needs for a comfortable stay. There is a snack street around the hotel with a lot of delicious food, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel parking is also very convenient. There is an underground parking lot for free parking, and you can enjoy the unobstructed and beautiful first-line view of the Wulong River. It's great! âTraditionâ and âfashionâ are integrated in the functional spaces of each hotel, providing guests with an unforgettable âLixiangâ journey, and meeting âZhen Fuzhou, new business travel, and trendy lifeâ on the journey.

SSOH YEANThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel.
We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (ćć°ć°æ). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable.
The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (éèč). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed.
Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (ćć°ć°æ). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if thereâs anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (éèč) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (ćć°ć°æ) and Chen Hong (è„żé€ć
éèč) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore.
