Great service. I get to the hotel 3 hours before checkin to keep my luggage in storage but they give right away an available room. So efficient and great customer experience . Great location in front of Cornavin train station

It’s a hotel at great location , just in front of Main train station, where you can catch all kinds of trains or may arrive to get to the hotel. They will provide you the free pass to travel to trams or bus for free for the days you are staying in the hotel.

My room at Hotel Astoria Geneve is All good, just that the Room air conditioning was not cold enough, maybe need have Service maintanence on the Room air cond.

The room is decent in size and  I had a good view of the Cathedral - very good location. You can walk easily everywhere - train station, to the lake, to Old town, to the supermarket called Manor. There’s a nice resto bar adjacent to it. The reception is very helpful. They will give you access for transportation to go around the city for free.

Great location and a comfortable place to unwind after a long day of activities. The amenities are basic, but it’s perfect for travelers who just want a safe, clean space to rest after a full day out

The location was 10/10. Walking distance from Gare Cornavin. Hotel lobby, elevator and room have their old-timey charm. Bathtub was a plus!

Air conditioner was not working at hotel, the machine was flowing air only like ventilator. In such a season unacceptable, couldn’t sleep because of hot room

The location is perfect. You can just walk to anywhere from the hotel. I like the water pressure for the bath. I don’t see anything wrong with this hotel other than it is slightly hot and the ac is not new.

I stayed at the hotel astoria for 4 days and my impressions of the hotel are excellent! All 3 receptionists we met were very kind and very enthusiastic, answering all our questions and queries about Geneva and our travels! The room was very clean and had four types of sockets, which made it easy for us to charge all our electronic devices, without adding an adaptor! Also, the location was ideal, with the train station opposite and an area that was always crowded and lively! I will prefer it the next time I am in Geneva!
