Stayed here recently and was very satisfied. The hotel is new, clean, and well maintained. Good view.

Easy to check in. Easy to park. Nice apartment with amenities like a heated swimming pool. The rooms are okay. Many shops nearby. Easy to drive to this place from KL city centre. Takes about 1hour. Not sure about public transport because there are no train station. To go to the ****** you may have to drive up for 25min. Cable car and shopping centre is about 15min.

It was just an average stay, nothing special. But then again, it's a guesthouse, not a hotel, and the room was quite humid.

can't discuss at all. my mistake that order wrong date. but trip.com officer allow me to change, but the hotel don't want reply.

It was quite a pleasure hotel to stay with nearby amenities walking distance and a brightly lighting make a plus for security lookout. Hopefully the hotel whenever possible allow early check-in coz I trust like myself early check out can possible allow next guest to check in slightly earlier perhaps 12 to 1pm instead of 3pm as some guests likely already there .

The stay was the worst I ever had.I had my booking for just one day with 100 issues needs to faced.I was pretty sure I booked a premium suite to have a pleasant stay but in turned out the other way round the WiFi wasn't working,the TV wasn't working as well,didn't have a proper shower supplies and the lift took nearly 45 min each floor.Hope the management take proper action.check in took a very long time also...
