"We stay at 36th Floor, unit nbr 1. It was a great stay with my family. I have nothing to complain, everything was just perfect for us. The unit was huge with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The bath tub was really extra point. My family love it. View was nice from our rooms and balcony. We left the unit a bit late because my daughter was extremely tired after swimming, I was expecting for extra charges but the same guy at reception said there is no extra charges and they will return our deposit in 7 days. Check in and check out was really fast. Thank you Trips for wonderful stay."

"There are several hotel apartments on the mountain. The room is clean and the view from the balcony is nice. The price-performance ratio is really high. It doesn't cost much to take a Grab from Genting Casino, but you have to wait."
"The environment is quiet, clean and tidy. It is very suitable for family outings. You need a car to go to the shops outside. It is quite convenient. There are new hotels being built nearby (blocking the scenery) ~ But it is very happy to see the mountains and sunsets ~ "

"1. First of all, if you can take a shuttle bus, you can order a shuttle bus with the housekeeper first. Because it is difficult to tell where to go by taxi. The price of the car at the first hotel is quite confusing. There are 25-40 quotations, and there is no shortage of customers. So if you want to save trouble, you can still book a ferry, 6RM per person.
2. Secondly, the location of the hotel is a hotel apartment. After arriving at the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel, you can ask the butler to pick you up, because the room was still a bit convoluted in the past.
3. The environment of the apartment hotel is still very good. It is a suite with a kitchen, water dispenser, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, TV, etc. There are also snacks to eat. I am mainly satisfied with the bathroom design, because there are clothes hooks and ventilation, and it is very convenient to change and wash.
4. Yunding may be because of the relationship between Yundu and actually can't see anything. It's all cloud and fog outside."
"Clean. Comfortable for family.
Only the view is a little less due to the construction next to the building. In terms of safety, there should be a grill on the wall mirror, very tall. If you want to play pool, you have to write your name, the guard will always look. Overall satisfied."

Great
GGLGLCheck-in was a bit confusing as a staff took my passport and asked us to take a seat, thereafter another staff came over to do the paperwork and said would msg via WhatsApp when the room was ready. By 3pm there was no msg received and we went to the counter and had to queue to check with the counter staff. When it was our turn the staff made a call and said the room was ready and asked us to go up to L3 to collect the keys. At L3 there is another counter which luckily we were first in queue but needed to wait while the staff verified and programmed the keys. The staff mentioned he would give us a room that was nearer. When we walked to our room, we saw a porter pulling our luggage ahead of us to another room and we needed to inform him the correct room that we were at, and the room was not set up initially such that we could not access the internet. Hence the first impression was not good.
For the first night the pillows smell and when the next day we asked for the bedsheets to be changed, there's no more smell so we suspect the sheets were not changed earlier.
Other than these, the room is spacious and has quite a few thoughtful features such as welcome fruits and mini cakes, ability to electronically control the temperature, lighting and curtains, and daily supply of bottled water, which made the stay comfortable.
MManishThe hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature – truly a serene escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant.
The apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four guests per room. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The food options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bellboy service for luggage had restricted timings, which was inconvenient at times.
There was also an oversight in placing the mandatory toiletries in two of our rooms, something that could easily be addressed with better preparation in the future.
Overall, it's a great place to stay for the views and comfort, with just a few service enhancements needed.
Aamani nThe location of Scapes Hotel is also ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was throughout the hotel. suprisingly, we can play at pool until 10pm.. I came on summer so it’s not a prblm at all.
Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Scapes Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming place to stay. I can’t wait to return!
VVVDLocation was really convenient for those visiting and enjoying the theme parks.
Thanks to Karan (housekeeping) who ensured our room was clean and tidy with necessary supplies replenished. He was quite polite, kind and punctual.
Front desk service was average with apparently low manpower as the request made via calls were answered after long time.
Hotel amenities were average but it matters only if you stay in hotel throughout. For us we spent most of our day at theme parks.
The valley view with a balcony in our room made our stay more memorable.
GGuest User4 pax, 2 adults and 2 kids. 5 days/ 4 nights stay.
Location was great as it is the highest hotel in Genting with great views. But that was all that was great.
Price level, it cost 2-4 times more than any hotel in Genting. Thus we were hoping for more besides the view.

The hotel is 7 minutes by bus or car to New World hotel, food and shopping malls. The hotel charge MY7 per pax one way, thus 4 of us cost MY28 per trip. No free transport, MY56 for a return for 4pax. MY112 a day if we go for lunch/shopping and another trip out for dinner.
Lunch at Hard Rock was MY390 for burgers and Coke.
Breakfast buffet was mostly carbs, noodles, rice, prata, thosai, porridge, bread… eggs and salad.
Overall … not worth it as it is expensive with no facilities.. not operated as a proper hotel.
Plenty of “sorry, but …. is closed, not available, not open, cannot use, under maintenance…”
My recommendation is to stay New World hotel or Genting hotel for unlimited shopping and access to everything... only go up to visit this slightly higher hotel for a slightly higher view for a few hours.
SSam0903Comfortable beds and clean room. Only issue was sliding door to balcony was defective and could not close completely so could hear the construction work opposite and the sound of wind blowing.
AAnonymous UserLoved the wonderful weather huge apartment very comfortable with two tv in the hall and room..there's all the amenities needed like a fridge microwave oven and so forth but only thing is that there's no telephone and order in food..and there's no coffee packets and tissues near the sink area.. everything else is wonderful toilets are well equipped..we enjoyed our stay
GGuest UserI had a great stay at Genting First World Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to attractions, shops, and restaurants within the Genting Highlands area. The hotel lobby is spacious and check-in was smooth, especially with the self-service kiosks. The room was compact but clean and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The view from the window was amazing, especially with the surrounding mist and mountains. Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall experience was very convenient and enjoyable. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again!
