Love the room space as there's 3 of us. Good location near to yummy food points. Water point outside the room to reduce plastic bottles. 👍🏼
However, the room TV is too small, and it's not a smart TV, came with very limited channels. Gym is small, equipment is spoilt. Pool is also v small.
If you don't mind all these, Hotel Neo+ is definitely a place where you can consider. Worth the money.

But first night not good experience sikit sebab bilik kami paling hujung.. and satu malam untuk malam pertama..mcm bunyi2 bising around 11.30pm-5am..
Bunyi tapak kaki lari2, bunyi alih2 perabut and bunyi non stop smpai rasa takut mcm2 bunyi ada tp husb ckp buat tak tau je....but second night ok..

Tried this hotel for a business trip lately due to its location.
Pros: Location, helpful reception staff, clean room
Cons: Tight carpark space, building feels old, below average breakfast buffet.

Booked a family room. Was grateful that we were able to check-in early. Room was clean and spacious. Loved that they had a coway water dispenser outside of the room. Excellent location. You can walk to many delicious and famous eateries. No deposit was needed. Will book again if needed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. It was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay.
The location is another major plus—it's ideally situated with several great eateries nearby, so you’re never far from a good meal. Even more convenient, there's a mini mart in the lobby, which is perfect for picking up any snacks or essentials you might need during your stay.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay. It’s a great value and I’d definitely book again.
