Perfect location, 1 minute walk from the harbour. Everything you need is on your doorstep. The room was perfect for one person and the staff are incredibly friendly and will attend to anything without any delay. I’m glad I chose to stay here.

I found out why it was said to be the best accommodation in Gili. First of all, I really liked it from the moment I first entered the accommodation because it felt like an eco-friendly accommodation with a distinct Balinese feel. The staff were also very friendly. I took off my clothes, threw them away, went out for a while, and came back around evening. They drew curtains on all four sides of the bed to create a nice atmosphere, and neatly folded the clothes I threw away. I was impressed by the delicate details. The road from the entrance to the reception was not close, so it was difficult to carry my luggage, but the staff carried it for me. They even brought me a cool wet towel and a welcome drink! In other places, the welcome drink is usually sugar cane..? ginger..? They gave me a drink that felt like it, Is this the dragon and banana smoothie? He gave me a! I think it was the most delicious drink I had when I came to Bali! In addition to drinks, we also prepared two types of healthy snacks. There are two swimming pools in the resort. It was great that you could rent bicycles for free :) I travel abroad very often. The Pondok Santi accommodation was so amazing. First of all, the bathroom, including the shower, was outside! I was surprised because it felt like I was really in nature. If you call the reception to reserve a massage, you can receive it at the outdoor pavilion or in your own room during that time. If you say you want to have it in your room, they bring a massage bed and other things and give you a massage! The best part of all was breakfast! Unlike other places, you select the breakfast menu when checking in and decide where to eat by choosing one of three places: bar/ocean/room. The menu was generally delicious. It's different from other ocean view breakfasts because it's not just a simple ocean view, it's just eating on the beach. Attach photos If you visit Gili, I highly recommend you go!

Fantastic service from Putu the manager and the team. We arrived and was greeted warmly then we were ushered to a smooth check in. Very accommodating and friendly management to cater to our enquiries even before we arrived. We rented bicycles from the hotel throughout our stay there to go around the island. Good condition bike and they clean our bike after every night. Room is spacious. Bathroom is squeaky clean. Pool is directly outside the room. On our first night, the team decorated our room to welcome us the second time after the whole day out. They have fire show 2x a week too. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service.clean and spacious room.Truly an enjoyable stay! Even the location is nice, about 15 minutes away from the harbour by bicycle which is a good thing because it's much more peaceful as all the loud music is located near the harvour, so staying at this hotel is much more relaxing. There are also other restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. There is a beach right in front of the hotel, but the water level is too shallow so it's not suitable for swimming.But it's not really a problem because if you don't mind walking a bit, about 1-2km north of this hotel, you can find the best beach on this entire island! You can even find turtles there! I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone as I am usually too lazy to write reviews, but when I do, it's either because it's too good or too bad, so you get the idea.

Beautiful hotel on a human scale. Great location. The boss is very nice and very helpful. She made it easier for us to organize all the logistics. To recommend without hesitation

Gili Tenda Resort was great, the staff there are so welcoming and helpful. You have to get a horse and carriage to the property if you have a lot of luggage however once you’re there you’re within walking distance from everything as the island is very small. You can hire bikes from the property which is what we did and it’s about 55000 for one day which is 24 hours. You can also hire snorkel stuff from them too. My room was very clean as was the rest of the property. Can’t fault anything.

The hotel is conveniently located, 10-15 minutes walk from the port. It is pleasant to walk along the embankment. There is a private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas opposite the hotel with a convenient entry into the sea, there are corals, but you can enter on the sand. The staff is very responsive and friendly. Check-in was at 14:00, but we were earlier, they gave us beach towels and showed us where to leave our things before check-in. The territory is certainly not very good, but it is not needed here, the view from the room also leaves much to be desired, but the room itself is pleasant, a comfortable large bed and a good shower. The air conditioning works well, there is drinking water in the room. The hotel has a spa. I went for a massage with aloe vera, I was satisfied. The girls are nice, everything is clean inside. If you need a beautiful territory, this is not the place for you. Overall, a normal hotel.

The staff are very friendly and polite. The beach outside the hotel is very beautiful and you can swim and play in the water at any time. The breakfast is very good. It is recommended to bring breakfast when booking a room. It is good value for money.
