Everything was perfect. It was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff, spacious and lovely rooms, a very good restaurant, and a delicious, extensive breakfast. Top location with a beautiful garden and view. Very satisfied. Thank you!

We spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We loved that it is pet friendly so we were able to travel with our dog. It was also a great location for walking a dog as the hotel is right next to a main boulevard with a great pedestrian walkway. The hotel was also well situated between tourist attractions with the Oldupazar neighborhood about 2.5 km in one direction and the Savoza park about the same distance in the other direction. The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good. We also used the gym and the spa for a massage and were happy with both of these facilities. We will likely travel to Eskisehir again and will definitely choose Park Dedeman hotel for our stay.

Apart from the location, the rest is very sad. More details: broken kettle, blanket with holes, towel with holes (holes of 5-8 cm), mattress on double bed is smaller than the base of the bed by about 15 cm, on single bed on the contrary the mattress is larger than the base, shower in hair and spiders, hot water is barely warm, the soap container in the shower is empty, there are only 3 towels for 4 people including foot towels, in the room from dishes 2 glasses and that's it, toilet is cracked, button is broken. In the room there were 2 glasses with water and 2 tea leaves waiting for us. We did not want to wash in such a bathroom at all. Honestly, we did not expect this. We are not picky, but this was too much. And also. There is no parking, only where you can find a place on the street, but not next to the hotel.

Hotel location is in walking distance to canal or shopping streets. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults but shower room maybe a bit small. Reception is friendly & able to speak English. Police station just at the main road, the hotel is next to a barber shop. The road in front of hotel is closed but still can park for loading luggage. This area most of the streets are one way, when you missed have to go another round. Street parking may take you some time or you can park at the car park building.

The hotel is new, the room is spacious, and the price is great. Its excellent location near a shopping mall is a plus, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros: amazing breakfast! Location is great. Parking nearby. Nice building. Comfortable bed Cons: incredibly loud.floors creaking from upstairs and your own room. Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also.

Both of us have a wonderful stay here. The room very cozy in modern style the bed uhhh so comfy make u feel lazy to get off😻 we tried the buffet breakfast and it was amazing.the. Location of the hotel only 8 minute walk from train station and its walkable around the town area. I really love our time here. And the hotel smells really nice like 5 star hotel .

Location is amazing. A lot of outlets around it. Private parking. Big supermarket next to it. More than 20 food outlets around it. Staff were very helpful and rooms clean and comfy.

Although we booked a deluxe king room, which is normally non-smoking, we were given a smoking room that smelled of smoke. We declined. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to stay in a standard room. The rooms were below Hilton quality.

Good location in city center.. very high amount paid for room not deserved..
