We really enjoyed our stay here. The service is top-notch. Rooms are very clean and they provide all the necessary amenities. We loved the view from our room and on a clear day, you can see the Himalayas. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff are so attentive and quick. Dinner at the restaurant was on the pricier side. We ordered a cheese pizza that tasted very bland and had to send it back. The chef added more cheese on top and reheated the pizza which made it worse. However, the waiter was very nice enough to send the pizza back again and removed it from our bill. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.

Hotel is good for cleanliness, location and services. Some basic amenities should be more such as towels which generally good qualities hotel have multiple ones. It’s in fact a small deal which can be improved easily.

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train.  Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and breakfast staff were very welcoming.  Would stay there again.

We booked this hotel specifically for sunset and sunrise viewing. The environment was nice, and the facilities were well-maintained. The service was also quite good; hot drinks and meals were served on the terrace in the evening, along with a bonfire. There's also a hot spring on site.

I stayed at the hotel on Christmas Day, and the breakfast was a special Christmas version with an amazingly generous selection. They even offered complimentary hot wine, which was a lovely surprise. However, since the hotel facilities are a bit old, the hot water supply could not keep up when all four of us showered. We had to space out our showers, so a little planning was needed.

We stayed 8 days in Kathmandu and felt very comfortable and well cared for. The rooms were nicely appointed and properly sized. The bed and bedding were comfortable and the decor was modern and tasteful. All of the staff were kind and friendly and offed help for arranging anything we needed. Dipesh, their barista prepared delicious coffee each morning and made a recommendation for Ayurvedic massage nearby, helping with reservations. It was an amazing massage. In the evenings, Bijay, their bartender was able to make exceptional cocktails and served us so well. We would definitely return and stay again.

A noteworthy mention is the hotel's convenient proximity to Boudha Stupa, a mere 10-minute walk away. This made our visits to the stupa incredibly convenient and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in its serene atmosphere. What sets this hotel apart is not only its remarkable amenities and services but also the unique opportunity it offers. The daily free yoga and meditation sessions held within the monastery on the premises are truly transformative. We highly recommend inquiring about the schedule from the attentive hotel staff – it's an experience that added immeasurable value to our stay. Our trip was made even better by this hotel. We were treated to a welcome drink at check-in, which created a great mood. I liked that the prices in the minibar were not exorbitant, but quite reasonable. The view from the room to the valley was simply stunning! The staff was polite and helpful, always ready to help. There are many cafes and restaurants around the hotel, so there is always a place to eat deliciously. But the best thing is the roof! There you can not only admire the views, but also enjoy the food. By the way, in the summer you can swim in the pool. The breakfast was very tasty and filling, the buffet is beyond praise. My wife and I were very pleased and will definitely come back here again.

A beautiful hotel in an airport convenient, but horrible location. Perfect for 1 night pass through traffic or conference meeting, but not great as a tourist base hotel. Staff amazing, Indian restaurant was quality. Italian restaurant exposes you to traffic fumes and noise, very unpleasant, likely this menu is also available in the Dyne restaurant. Drink and food prices not bad, Breakfast for the price they charge was a let-down. Rooftop pool and bar area fantastic. Room very comfortable.
