Arrived at this hotel and found a mall right downstairs 🏬. There's food, drinks, massages 💆🏻♀️, hair salons 💇🏻♀️, nail salons 💅🏻, and clothes and little trinkets too! Staying on the 20th floor offers great night views. The room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable. I'll definitely come again! 😍

Booked here for a few times now. The only downside this time was that it was a bit noisy due to the renovation of the room. Staff was very helpful to change my room after I complained that the aircond was not working. Other than that, it was a good stay for me. Keep up the good work

Overall experience was good and pleasant Room has a good view and clean Has complimentary breakfast and parking Just that during booking it was mentioned the stay was for a birthday celebration but no basic decoration or complimentary cake to go along Unlike other hotels they will set-up a basic decor and provide a small cake when they are informed in advance Also, sent email to the hotel customer service but no response

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and efficient, which made the overall experience smooth and comfortable. The room was also very clean and well-maintained, and the location is highly accessible, making it convenient to get around. The only downside was the waiting time at the lift lobby, which was quite long during my stay. It may have been due to a special event or peak period. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel.

All good except shower. Only rain shower, no shower Rose. Meaning my hair sure get wet. Not able to shower clean especially we can't hold the shower rose, too high up in ceiling, doesn't make sense. How to shower kids if they come along?

The room is clean but the sheets and pillows already got yellow stains. Limited selections of food on breakfast buffet, but should be reasonable for the price. Overall, the hotel is nice and we had a pleasant stay.

First time staying in this hotel. Hotel provided simple breakfast: eggs/bread/coffee tea/cup noodles. Can self service some biscuits/coffee/refill water at the lobby area. Overall stay is not bad, recommended 👍🏻downside is there are mosquitoes and my boy got bitten 😓and tv dun have spore channel.

Guests can easily enjoy local dishes, supper spots, and entertainment within walking distance. The rooms have a modern industrial design with high ceilings, giving them a very spacious feel, and they are impeccably clean. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. A special shout-out to the outdoor pool with its fantastic views. For anyone planning to visit Legoland or X Park, this is definitely the top choice, offering amazing value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Johor Bahru!
