Hotels With Breakfast in Johor, Malaysia

The stay was ok. Our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Except there is this 2 separation of tower 1 and tower 2. Tower 2 is abit far me. I didn't book hotel w breakfast. So we tried the buffet breakfast on our last day. Which is delicious! Just a few things to complain. Room is close to the water heating fan thing. It gets noisy. If other ppl were to use the toilet. We can hear the toilet pipe running, which is loud too. Aircon cannot self adjust. It only regulates when the room gets abit warm. Ofcz the room qr code gives an option to get someone to come n service. But personally I feel is inconvenient, especially when it happens at night. The first time we enter the room. I smell cigarette in the bathroom but very faint. If given an option to come stay again. Choose a room from tower 1. I cannot walk far.

Had an excellent stay with Fuju Homes. Customer service was top tier. We were both from night shift and decided to stay at R&F and managed to book with FUJU. They accepted our early check in request and even upgraded us. The service was top notch as they were 24/7 contactable. Very helpful and they were so sweet. Thank you very much! Definitely will come back again. Hands down!

This is my first time staying at the hotel. It was a great experience and I loved it. The room is so nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is not the best but we are happy with the way they have presented it. The hotel is attached to the mall and I think it’s a great spot to visit and I will definitely return to the hotel in the future.

At first, the room was ok lah the cleanliness, still got some dirty but acceptable , but the shower place got smoke smell, and the floor dirty... Service overall ok. But sad is got baby crying next door at night, and got club on 16floor, loud music up there..... Then another nice thing is the mamak or 7-Eleven is walkable, so can go supper if hungry. I also tried the breakfast buffet, food was okok, got some nasi lemak, noodle soup, variety of fruits, buns, the cococrunch very sad masuk angin, no longer crispy. Normal buffet, nothing grand, there's no order something special or ask chef cook something on the spot, but ok lah. Still full. The desserts section abit sad no creamroll cakes, only plain normal ones, u add some butter yourself those only. Nice view also to eat.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm still very satisfied. The service quality is consistently good, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. It offers great value for money. Its biggest advantage is being right next to KSL shopping mall, making dining, shopping, massages, and other entertainment super convenient. Plus, there are plenty of street-side shops around, so it's incredibly easy to grab bak kut teh or durian. I'll probably stay here again next time I visit.

The room is pretty big with plenty of walking space. Microwave and refrigerator is also provided and it seemed to be kept clean and well maintained. There is sofa and 2 different TVs in the living room area and the bed room. Amenities are well maintained as well. The toilet shower head is pretty good and one of the best so far from various hotel i visited around Malaysia. The only downside is the location as there isn’t much shops around for you to venture. Food is pretty limited if you intend to head out nearby. The rooftop pool is a clear view towards the pier harbor. Will recommend if you have your own transportation.

I’m giving this hotel 3 stars because it delivers exactly that — a textbook 3-star experience. If you’re walking from JB CIQ, take a moment to pray for your luggage wheels. The cobblestone pavement on the way is a certified durability test for any suitcase. The reception staff, to their credit, were professional and efficient, setting the stay off on a positive note. There’s no air-conditioning in the corridors on the way from the lobby to the rooms, which makes sense once you feel the lobby itself — it’s cooled to near polar conditions, possibly at the expense of the upper floors. The lobby even has a convenience stall with tables and chairs — great for a quick snack or late-night instant noodle run. The fact that they sell noodles complete with disposable bowls almost makes it feel planned. I stayed on the 19th floor in a room that could politely be described as functional. It came with two sockets, a few hangers in an open closet, and no mini-fridge, so don’t bring anything perishable unless you plan to eat it immediately. The vinyl flooring showed signs of wear, and a quick look under the bed revealed a generous collection of dust. The AC was the old-school fan coil type, and thankfully, it worked perfectly fine. The bathroom, however, turned into an adventure of its own. The shower head was fixed in place, the glass partition far too short, and the result was a small-scale water park after every shower — fun only if you enjoy slipping hazards. The toilet needed a two-flush routine, and the bidet hose leaked enough to make using it a careful balancing act. Then there was the Great Towel Shortage. Despite two guests, we received one face towel. There was no hand soap either — only the all-purpose shampoo dispenser in the shower. When housekeeping came, they simply rehung the used towels instead of replacing them. The lone face towel, which I’d pressed into service to mop up the flooded floor, was removed and never replaced. We ended up with just two towels for our second night. I was too tired to argue. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise — the buffet was reasonably priced and had a good range of options. Overall, this hotel is best suited for travelers who can adapt and aren’t thrown off by a few inconveniences. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys finding creative solutions when things don’t go perfectly, you might even appreciate it here. But if you’re after consistent comfort, you’ll probably want to look elsewhere. Staying here is a bit like driving a reliable car with no seat cushions — it gets you where you need to go, but the ride won’t be entirely comfortable.

Had a 1 night stay. Counter staff check in and checkout was fast and polite. Location is great alot eateries just downstairs. Free parking for hotel guest, just need to validate ur tng card before exit. Theres a minimart within the hotel that opens till midnight. Spacious room, with in room water dispenser (hot and normal temperature). Toliet needs some improvement, theres some rusty and stained shelving under the basin. Shower area supposed to have a transparent glass but its now covered with white wrapping. Theres also a blind at the shower area, which i cant release up, seems like it is stucked. The blind is abit obstructive and has some mold. With this, makes the shower area dim and darker. Basin drainage seems choked the water drains very slow. The bath foam and shampoo smells really really good. Aircon is decent as well, love the smart tv! Overall, decent stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at St. Giles Southkey Hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere that made our stay relaxing and memorable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient. It was truly a great experience for us as a couple. We will definitely come back again.

The front desk staffs are very friendly and informative. The lobby area is big and comfy with a coffee vending machine. Need to travel out of this hotel to get lunch/dinner/supper and shopping and entertainment. The car park for hotel are at 1st level that are free for hotel guests. Our king size beds are very big. The rooms are big too. There is hair dryer in the toilet. The curtain in the shower is old and dirty but usable. The towels are old and not white anymore. House slippers are given but one pair looks dirty or being used. Housekeeping staffs are helpful and friendly. The TV not easy to operation or the channels need sometime to load. The next building(residential) is so close that we have to keep our curtains close all the time. The swimming pool and breakfast cafe are located at 5th level that are common area with the residents. The cafe is non Aircon and is open concept, their fans are cooling enough for comfortable for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is simple and tasty. Not alot of variety but enough to be full. The hot Spring is great, very hot. It has 2 normal pools inside and a sauna room. There's toilets and showers too. Friday and Saturday timming is 4pm to 10pm.
