It was difficult to go because the next room was under construction, and cardboard and garbage were scattered on the road to the room. The construction using the drill started around 9 am the next day and could not be slow. The room was very old, but I had everything I needed, but I was worried that the towel was very old.

Hotel in the outdoor facade of the end of the 90s. The entrance area, bar and dining area were stylishly renovated. Personal contact was always friendly and premature. Connection to the thermal water via bathroom. Bathroom and 2 small clothes are available free of charge. In the thermal only cards or cash payments possible not via the chip. The room was renovated (2nd floor) with beautiful views to the distance and over the city. Rooms clean, bath renovated. No visitors rides in double bed. Safe available.

Good location. Clean room and bathroom. Good size of bathtub too. No aircon but fan is available for summer nights. Would be better if there is a kettle to boil water and a door with chain lock for safety reasons.

Bei der Anreise war das Zimmer 326 zu kalt. Die Heizung war bereits auf Maxium gestellt und konnte nicht höher gestellt werden. Auf Nachfrage in der Rezeption wurde mir angeboten, dass ich, falls es nach einiger Zeit nicht wärmer wird, eine Heizqelle anfordern kann. Nach dem Abendessen war es immer noch kalt, aber zu später Stunde wollte ich nicht noch mit einem Heizlüfter hantieren. Das Frühstücks-Buffet mit Kaffee aus dem Automaten ist nicht 4 Sterne würdig und ansonsten ist das Buffet mittelmäßig und überteuert.

The room is well furnished with an industrial style (so german lmaooo), and is decorated with lights and books too! The shower door didn’t close very well, so there are leaks when we shower, but nothing too big of a deal. Overall, we would definitely recommend this to everyone~~~

Hotel staff are very friendly. The room is a little tiny for 2 adults but everything is so clean. The mattrass and pillow are very not too soft and not too hard, very comfortable to sleep.

We've now stayed here for the third time. For over three years, neither the bar nor the rather pleasant dining room has been open. Anyone expecting these amenities will currently be disappointed. The front desk is staffed by constantly changing individuals who don't appear to be hotel employees. Since this year, guests are asked via signs at breakfast to clear their own tables. All of this points to a significant staffing issue. The service is okay, but not the friendliest. I highly doubt anyone working here has any formal hospitality training. We are now aware of these circumstances. For us, it offers space, seating, a private bathroom, and a bowling alley if you want one. It's clean and quite affordable. The breakfast buffet is quite good. Furthermore, it offers special rooms for families, which we also liked. The location is suburban, which suits us. It seems to attract many travelers passing through, as it's not far from the highway, yet it's very quietly situated.

If there is a Steigenberger hotel in the city I am visiting, it's my hotel of choice. Super clean, organized, well maintained, and has everything I need and more. The quality standard is there,always. Here in Stuttgart, was perfect,as usual

The hotel is situated on a main street and provides underground parking for 20 Euros per day. The room was small but very comfortable, equipped with a desk. Its location is far from both the Mercedes-Benz and Porsche Museums, as well as the city center. It's inconvenient to find places for shopping and dining nearby.
