The Grand Hotel Ginowan was an excellent stay. The Family Mart right on-site and open 24 hrs is fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We like this hotel it’s close to donki, daiso and grocery stores, there’s also family mart right at the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating! Clean rooms and just very convenient. We would recommend this. We stayed here during the big typhoon and most of the houses got no electricity but this hotel managed to stay put which we felt very safe. We will definitely go back

Good staff and cleaning

The waiters are very nice and will arrange washing supplies for the children and give them small toys and candies. The rooms are simple and clean, but every room has a balcony where you can see the sea and stars. If you are lucky, you can see flying fighter planes etc. Facilities: free parking, washing machine. Hygiene: clean Service: very friendly

The hotel service is very good, the facilities are relatively new, the environment is good, parking is convenient, and there is a convenience store downstairs. The only downside is that the website says there is a hot spring, which turns out to be 1.7 kilometers away.

This is my second time to stay here. I got a sea view room with a good view. It is recommended to come here if you have a car. It is convenient to go north and south.

The hotel has a private parking lot, which is free for hotel guests. It is recommended that people who rent a car come and stay in this room. The bathrobe smelled musty on the first day. You can see the sea from the floor-to-ceiling windows of the hotel. You need to pack your own garbage and put it at the door. The price is cheap. There is a convenience store downstairs, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet and not busy. But it does not affect people with cars.

The hotel staff are warm and courteous, the rooms are clean and tidy, and parking is convenient. There is a lawson downstairs and a large terrace. The price/performance ratio is very high. Highly recommended.

It was a reasonable and clean hotel. I enjoyed the view and there was a convenience store underneath the hotel, which was very convenient. I would like to stay there again if I have the chance.

The reception staff at the hotel are very kind and will take the initiative to use translation software to explain when there is a language barrier. The room is clean and the equipment is very new. There is a whole family downstairs so you don't have to worry about having nothing to eat at night.
