Excellent staff,good location. No, the surroundings are not that pretty but if you enjoy street life, as I do, then you won’t be sorry. Patong beach is not really pretty anywhere, even the beach, but it’s bursting with atmosphere and character. As for Woovo: Bars, laundry, 7-11 at the end of the road. Street food awesome. Pool is very narrow: more of a ditch but frankly I don’t care! Loved it; going back tomorrow.

We have stayed here a few times. All the staff are fantastic and accommodating. The young lady 'Ant' at reception gets the gold medal for friendliness and helpfulness. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Pool and dining area is pleasant. Cheapest room service/bar fridge prices I have ever seen in a hotel in lieu of competing with convenience stores nearby. Highly Recommend.

We wanted to stay close to Patong Beach, hence we booked this hotel for New Year's break. We loved our time here. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The room allotted to us was nice and huge and with all amenities expected from a 3-4 star hotel room. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is the pool was very small for a hotel of this size.

Very nice new hotel. I was very happy with the inside. A few of the less than ideal aspects: 1. Needing to provide 1500 baht cash deposit when checking in 2. Internet is terrible 3. Hot shower was not hot at all. And I need hot water to wake me up. Also, mixed feelings about location. Pretty well positioned but feels a bit run down and hidden on outside.
