Room was very spacious, well above expectations! Reception was friendly as well and was very helpful when we accidentally rung the safety rope in bathroom.

The hotel is in a very good location, with a front view of the river and just a stone's throw away from the downtown commercial pedestrian street. The breakfast was rich and the environment was very comfortable. I sat there for more than an hour without realizing it.
We drove here by car. Although the hotel does not have its own parking lot, there is a Q-Park behind it, which is very convenient. I asked the hotel for a discount code and I can get a 40% discount. Thank you to the Asian lady who patiently taught me how to reserve a parking space. I forgot I'm sorry for asking for your name.

The room was too small and crowded, but taxis in Glasgow are pretty good. Foreigners are very polite and friendly.

We really appreciated his kindness because it was very cold outside and we were very tired at that time.

Not sure why this is rated a four star hotel? Disappointed as given a room in the back of hotel with poor view, wanted river view as per all pictures (feel a misled from Hotels marketing). Room facilities are not 4 star (premier inn has better facilities in room) Had to jump through hoops to get a glass of wine at 12pm on a Friday night (hotel was busy but bar closed? and had to get Gordon the night porter). Breakfast was poor (10.30am), no milk, no bakery items, many items missing bacon was undercooked...... Not sure who is leading Hotel but obviously lacking in experience or competence.

Finding the entry to hotel: Black cab driver and Traffic Warden are not sure where the entry and both of them misguided us. Eventually, I had to make a phone call to find the entry point.
Way to rooms: a nightmare. Down first, walk through bar area and various ways and then different lifts.
Room: very small
Pillows: only big ones. I phoned the reception to ask for any other type. The answer was ‘no’. They had only one type. We couldn’t sleep at all.
A/C- stays at 21C but feels very warm to hot.
I am a Gold member and eligible for many perks- reception didn’t our reservation for quite some time, leave aside VIP access and room upgrade.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

First time stay at the hotel. Within east walking distance of our concert venue and local transport system. Lovely room with all the amenities. Large room with comfortable beds.
