Glen Capri Inn and Suites - Burbank Universal Reviews

I stayed here with my husband for about a week. Very comfortable and great location close to all kinds of shopping malls and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Front desk girl was super rude very unprofessional had an attitude like it bugger that we were checking in and she had to do some work I've stayed here a couple times never have I had a problem with the front desk and she put me in a room that smell like sewer water they ended up changing my room later that night

Good it was clean and very nice maybe little bit small but I liked it

I suspect that the person who commented above is a *****. The facilities are extremely poor, the sound insulation is extremely poor, the bath towels are all dirty, and the sheets have big holes burned by cigarette smoke.
