The stay was beyond expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped by a warm atmosphere. The front desk lady had a truly captivating smile, and check-in was surprisingly quick. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding so soft I didn't want to get up, and even the bathroom water temperature was perfectly adjusted. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, which was diverse and thoughtfully prepared. This trip was truly a blessing thanks to the comfortable stay, and it's now on my bucket list! Golmud gives me a perfect score for the experience. The accommodations were excellent, and the kang bao and barbecued food were fantastic! The people of Golmud are incredibly welcoming and welcoming. I'll definitely return to this hotel again if I have the chance!

The environment is quiet and hygienic. The breakfast is very rich, and there are many kinds of food to choose from.
The hotel has a complete gym and tea room. The room facilities are quite high-end, and there is beautiful music in the bathroom. There is also a cute robot that can deliver takeaways to the room on time.
I especially need to praise the lady at the front desk who is very patient and professional. I am lucky to stay at Xi'an, thank you! 👍

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised to see Atour opened in Golmud, especially when I learned at the front desk that Atour in Golmud has spent millions to introduce unique hardware facilities to cope with the harsh climate of Golmud. Six constants: constant humidity, constant temperature, and constant oxygen combination, every day There are 200 million negative ions in the cube, and there is enough oxygen. When I leave this store, I feel that it is very different from the outside. Especially during the past few days in the northwest, I have been feeling a bit high and uncomfortable in my ears, nose and throat. After getting up in this hotel Surprisingly, my mouth and nose are not dry at all. It is super comfortable. The climate is as pleasant as in the mainland. The room is very clean and the breakfast is very rich. It is the opening time and there are souvenirs. I was surprised to see Atour opened in Golmud. The room was very clean and the environment was really nice. The self-service laundry and children's reading area are also very good, which is very suitable for families traveling with a family and need to frequently change clothes and wash clothes. The breakfast is also very rich, and there are souvenirs just in time for the opening. The service at the front desk is also very good. Every brother and sister at the front desk is gentle and friendly, and they are very enthusiastic. It makes people feel like home. Atour's bed The pillows are very comfortable, which is great. At first I thought it was static electricity since it is relatively dry, but it is not normal to be shocked every time I press it. I have also reported it to the front desk. I hope it can be handled as soon as possible.

The lobby immediately impressed us with its spaciousness and brightness, and the front desk staff were warm and incredibly attentive. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was so comfortable we got a truly restful sleep. A delightful surprise was finding both air conditioning and a humidifier, which was an incredibly thoughtful touch! One of the staff members even went above and beyond by helping us with our laundry, showing incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast spread was also fantastic, offering a comprehensive selection including snacks, main dishes, cold and hot options, plus soy milk and milk – truly something for everyone. Highly, highly recommend! It truly stands out as one of the best memories from our entire trip.

MM302863****The room is very clean and the heating is sufficient. You can wear a down jacket outside and a short-sleeved shirt in the room. The washed clothes will be dry the next day. I have a weakened immune system and I got rashes on my legs after staying in other hotels a few times before, but not in this hotel. The location is also very good, just opposite the train station
