I have been to Golmud many times on business. This is the first time I stayed in this hotel. The overall feeling is really good. Whether it is the cleanliness or the service attitude, I am very satisfied. Plus the breakfast is quite appetizing. Recommended

The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and you can see the Kunlun Mountains in the distance. The layout is also very thoughtful, with wardrobe storage, a clothes drying rack next to the basin, and a storage rack in the bathroom, which is clean and tidy. Dry and wet separation, good for rainwater. Breakfast was delicious. Parking is easy. It's convenient for eating and shopping around.

兩點很不滿意，第一是早餐很差，還不如出去吃，連最基本的牛奶都沒有，第二基本沒有服務可言，前台妹妹不會主動升級房間這個都無所謂，網絡連接不上呼叫了一個工作人員到房間結果還是説不會連接，最不能接受的是需要加濕器，説工作人員下班了，衹能白天提供，我出門旅遊白天都在外面晚上才在酒店，當然是晚上需要加濕器，結果前台小妹説晚上衹有他和保安，沒有人拿加濕器。

接待。暖氣，設施配套各方便都挺好，就是床單和枕套上有髮絲，更換是更換的是保潔人員沒檢查一遍，如果檢查了順手起走就可以了。
淋雨水挺大也挺熱。就是淋雨管硬，導致一放水花灑往牆角偏，人也得站牆角。
整體都很好的，都是一些小細節問題，

房間衞生間反味，酒店前台明明答應説七點前退房是收半天的房費，結果六點半下去退房直接要求收取一整天的房費，很氣，還有入住當晚停電好幾個小時，前台電話一直打不通，斷斷續續的停電來電，一晚上沒怎麼什麼休息，酒店也沒給個説法，太失望😔
