The breakfast is very rich, and there are many kinds of food to choose from. The hotel has a complete gym and tea room. The room facilities are quite high-end, and there is beautiful music in the bathroom. There is also a cute robot that can deliver takeaways to the room on time. When I leave this store, I feel that it is very different from the outside. Especially during the past few days in the northwest, I have been feeling a bit high and uncomfortable in my ears, nose and throat. After getting up in this hotel Surprisingly, my mouth and nose are not dry at all. It is super comfortable. The climate is as pleasant as in the mainland. The room is very clean and the breakfast is very rich. It is the opening time and there are souvenirs. I was surprised to see Atour opened in Golmud. The room was very clean and the environment was really nice. AAnonymous UserThis is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

The guests staying in this hotel are generally big shots who travel along the Qinghai-Tibet line, and they need hot water to wash and relieve fatigue. This is a management loophole and shortcoming of the hotel!

The experience was truly fantastic, and I had to share it with everyone! - Excellent Location: The hotel is located at No. 1 Shangchu Lane, Yanqiao South Road, right on the way to Lhasa. The location is fantastic. It's perfect for travelers like me, just a 5-minute drive from the train station and about 15 minutes from the airport, making travel incredibly convenient. There are also many nearby attractions, such as the Qarhan Salt Lake, Dongtaijinaier Lake, and the mysterious Hoh Xil, making them all easily accessible. - Comfortable Environment: Upon entering the hotel, the simple, refreshing decor and unique style immediately struck me as very comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, and the amenities were all complete, making my stay incredibly comfortable. My room had fantastic light, and the sunlight streaming in during the day was incredibly relaxing. - Attentive Service: The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, and the check-in and check-out process was quick. They also patiently recommended nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel also offers free parking, perfect for those driving. The Wi-Fi is also fully covered, providing fast speeds for streaming videos and working smoothly. I heard the hotel also offers airport and train station transfers, but I didn't use them. If you're interested, please inquire in advance. - Rich breakfast: The breakfast offers a wide variety, including various breads, eggs, porridge, and local specialties.
