Very good hotel, the entrance is not conspicuous, but there is a different world inside. Although it is a cave hotel, it is not humid at all, because the room heating is geothermal. In the small town of Goreme in this season, it is such a happy experience to live in a cave hotel that is warm and full of wood fragrance😊

The room was very cold, we asked them to change it, they changed it by force, even though there was a heater and air conditioner, the room did not warm up, then they changed it. The breakfast was mediocre, packaged jam, 3 types of cheese, the variety was not enough, the room was nice, the ambiance and the view were nice.

Staff was great. They had a breakfast that was filling. The main thing I want to tell you is that I booked a balloon trip online. It was 3 times more expensive than booking through the hotel. Even just random ballon bookings discovered through walking the streets, were actually much cheaper to book and around 100 euros. So with that being said, stay here and they will assist in booking the balloon flight for you. Also know the ballon ride pickup is at 4 am. The hotel was very big and had many areas to relax. The view from this hotel was great for seeing the balloons too. The walk into town from the hotel is long walk, and down hill. We left after checkout to explore, and stored our luggage. We took a taxi back. I believe it was Rose taxi. The taxi company was also great and accommodating. Took us to get luggage, and then to mall. And picked us up and took us to airport. So all in all, it was a great stay that started with this hotel.

Lovely place to stay and get you settled down before your flight in a hot air balloon. Awesome service from the two gentlemen:Mohamed and Haluk. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of dishes to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel if you happened to be in Göreme..

Satisfied with the hotel! The location is great just walking distance to the centre of Gerome. I basically walked everywhere to the restaurant, gift shops and bus station. Sadly i was there on limited time, i wish i could stay longer. The room was nice, clean and warm. The breakfast also great!

OVERALL: A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful cave and rock decor. I picked it because the decor is a mixture of both, unlike some other ones in the area. Service is amazing and the staff is really helpful. They offered to help transport my suitcase up to the bedroom area of my room. I went during the beginning of the season in late March and the hotel kindly upgraded me for free to a deluxe room, which has two levels, the bathroom below and the sleeping area above. In the room, Two windows open to views of goreme town and the balloons if you get up early enough to see them before sunrise. They also recently expanded their terrace offerings it seems ao now they actually have multiple, without different pillow set up. Breakfast is served open buffet style from 8-10am, variety is limited but there are some Turkish meze delicacies, menemem and boiled egg daily, sausages, a hot pastry, breads, cheese and ham, and for drinks - juices, tea and coffee, it's fair. AMENITIES: The bathroom is VERY spacious, but doesn't really come with much actually useful amenities. There are no additional personal care kits whatsoever - so no shower caps, cotton swabs, little things like that. There is a stand shower at one corner, a bath tub at another end and a toilet bowl in the middle with a sink and mirror as well on another area. Door comes with a full body mirror. It's beautifully designed by the layout is a bit odd and I think the hotel can work on adding little details to enhance the bathroom experience because there is totally potential for that. But hot water, drains and flush all work just fine, so it's definitely functional. LOCATION: The hotel is also conveniently located around 10-12 mins away from the famous Sunrise/Sunset point for balloon viewing (you get to see thw balloons take off there). The fact that it's walkable is amazing! It's located on a little side hill, and Goreme's main street is just a 20 steps slope away.

I book this hotel after one week of thinking haha I really want a hotel with the best balloon view. Best decision ever! Since I arrived at night, I couldn’t really see anything when I went out around 11pm. But the morning came and damn I realized everything was near! The town itself is very close literally 5mins away ahaha. Receptionists especially was very nice huhu I really thanked them from the bottom of my heart especially the one who helped me checked in because initially a different room was given but I talked to him and although it was midnight, he promptly gave me the original room I booked. He said there might be some misunderstandings with the Trip.com but no problems with me at all because he solved it straight away. The room was big for me and the jacuzzi was the best hehe the food was okay. I am a picky eater but glad they have lots of varieties. Will definitely book this hotel again. Just book it already!! Location- Great location that is close to everything and has a beautiful view from the terrace! Breakfast- Breakfast has a decent amount of options and is delicious with convenient times. Cleanliness- The room was squeaky clean with beautiful decoration and everything you might need. The ventilation and lightning is great! Value- The hotel is great value for money considering all the amenities and great service! Service- THE BEST! All the staff is so welcoming, friendly and willing to assist with anything! They arranged our transport from the airport and we booked multiple activities such as hot air balloon (at a FANTASTIC price), ATV tour, a camel tour and a scooter! I can highly recommend this hotel as it surpassed all our expectations and I am so glad I ended up booking Harman Cave hotel from all the options available. Thank you for our wonderful stay and the first time experience that was out of this world!!

At first glance, it is a simple stone house. The room has Turkish characteristics and a large jacuzzi. The water supply is sufficient and the drainage is good. Compared with many local cave hotels, it is much better. The rooftop is beautiful and the breakfast is simple but good. The most satisfactory thing is the service of the front desk. When we went there, the price of hot air balloons was already sky-high. The hotel let us fly up the next day according to our budget. It was amazing.

Very close to Goreme town, clean room, tasty breakfast with beautiful view of the valley and great service. Thanks to Nur Acan & Aliye for the great service and tasty breakfast. They were friendly, provided additional heater for our room, replaced the towels every day even we stayed for just 2 days. I recommend this hotel. Thanks to Nur Acan, Aliye & the staff at the hotel, we had a great stay.
