The welcoming was very good. The staff was friendly and they even helped with the bags because the room was on the bottom and there are a lot of stairs to get to the top… I struggled a bit to get my laundry that was handed in. They were supposed to return it at 5pm the latest, and by 8pm I had to go ask in person by walking all the way to the top, after numerous calls to reception. The guy working in reception when handing in the keys and getting ready for the airport was not friendly. (Also the same guy who said to wait the whole time for the laundry). It’s as if everything was too much trouble for him. He was also supposed to give breakfast to us leaving early morning for the airport, but he never did - although it was arranged and paid for in the reservation deal. Overall a good stay as the room was clean, private, big and very beautiful. Unfortunately it was too hot at night and I had to sleep with the windows and door open because the water heater could not switch off, even though I asked the, (not friendly) receptionist to assist. He only said turn the knob to the left but it didn’t do anything. I would recommend the hotel 100%, just the receptionist taking over from the welcoming receptionists would make me think twice before staying there again.

The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. The mountains can be admired in the morning. Strategic location: a slightly higher view, a quiet area, than the center of the country, which is still accessible in a few minutes walk. The possibility of booking tours, even with guide in Italian, is a pity that they had not understood and we met in the morning at the date but missed the guide. So ask confirmation! Car parking: 5/6 Car seats are in front of the hotel but prepare for wild parking and for milimeter walks between cars and walls. Wi-Fi available in the courtyard When booking ask if the rooms have windows because those ‘shoes' are really ‘shoes' For us it was a great experience.

The hotel is owned by the Royal Hot Air Balloon Company, so it is very convenient to book hot air balloon tickets with them, and the hot air balloon takeoff point is in Rose Valley, very close to the hotel. In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very good and the price is very cheap, so the price-performance ratio is very high. Of course, the focus is on good service, including the restaurant staff who are extremely polite. This left a very deep impression. This photo is of Rose Valley, just near the hotel and can be taken within a few minutes' walk. The service at this hotel is particularly good. I can communicate with them through the Whatsup before going to the hotel, and can get timely answers to any questions. The Royal Hot Air Balloon Company has its own hotel, so booking hot air balloon tickets through the hotel is also very convenient. Moreover, the takeoff location of the hot air balloon is in Rose Valley, which is just a few minutes away from the hotel. The hotel's conditions are very good, and the prices are also very cheap, so the cost-effectiveness is very high. The most impressive thing about this hotel is that everyone is particularly polite, including the restaurant staff. In short, this hotel has left an extremely deep impression on me. The location is fantastic, great restaurants near by walking distance and a MUST see balloon sunrise view point aswell walking distance. Rooms have a fusion touch of rock and modern touch to it. The service! One of the best I have experienced; from welcome drinks and assisting you with tours or any miscellaneous info you require. Staff have a warm smile and welcoming attitude! Felt at home from the start! Other hotels are in the town where its quite inconvenient and noisy but Hera gives you your privacy and relaxation that is a must after a long day! The breakfast they serve is a must! A diverse range of local cheese and olives , bread to pastries fruits and especially Kaymak and honey comb! You cannot go wrong! Wifi ofcourse available, welcoming cats is a plus! You can store your luggage with them after you check out before you leave for your flight. I've said enough and there isn't more to explain why I recommended Hera Cave suites! Thank you all at Hera Cave Suites!

Aza cave exceeds my expectations! we had the WOW moment when we arrived in the morning. the hotel exterior garden and every single staff at Aza made me feel welcome and they truly deserved a 5star Hotel rating instead of 3star . They paid full attention to the guest, It was my Bday trip and they made the effort to decorate the room with rose petals and wine. Really appreciate this! We got there early morning by Bus, they let us have breakfast even we weren’t entitled on that day. The breakfast was amazing! The hot air balloon was so close it felt surreal , and you could also go to sultan cave rooftop for pictures taking. I can’t think of a better hotel in cappadocia than aza!! A little tips; choose suit room / above as it is located in the main hotel building.

We had a warm welcome from the staffs and of course their dogs! They have a wide receiving area with boardgames on each tables, which we enjoyed because we did not get bored while waiting for our rides when we have activities. We chose the room with balcony and it was spacious, neat, and has a good view. Our bathroom has jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Their bed was so comfortable and I was able to sleep very well. They clean the room everyday and provided new toiletries. Their breakfast is located at the roof top which will provide you a good view of the outside. Their rooftop has tripod so you can take good photos and videos whilst up there. If you wake up early you will be able to see the hot air balloons from the hotel. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. We appreciate all their efforts in making us feel comfortable and welcome in the hotel. Especially, Volcan, the lady at the reception (we forgot her name), and the owner. If you love dogs, this hotel is perfect for you. We got so close to Penny we didn't want to leave. They don't bark unless asked to ssssssspeak! Haha We'll surely choose Osmanli when we come back to Cappadocia.

Located near the city center The mattress is cave-style but newly built, clean, spacious room, large bathroom with hot water ready. The toilet has a Turkish-style butt spray. The breakfast is quite plentiful. There are boiled eggs and omelets to eat every day. There is a rooftop with a good view.

From Kasaili Airport, I took the pre-booked shuttle bus and it was delivered to the hotel in about an hour and a half. The hotel is still very interesting. Some rooms are semi-caves. I stayed in a semi-cave. It is very close to the commercial street, sunset and bus station in the center of Goreme. Sunset is estimated to take 10 minutes on foot, others, five minutes to reach. The hotel owner is very enthusiastic, will say hello when entering and leaving, and the breakfast is very sensational. The room has two small windows of 80 cm width. The area is small and it feels like a cave. Check in at night is also very quiet. Still very interesting, mainly because the boss is very enthusiastic. I stayed for 2 nights. After breakfast on the third day, I took a cup of coffee and Turkish tea to the door of the room to drink and kill time. The boss saw that he immediately moved a set of tables and chairs. Breakfast is a first floor underground restaurant, very feeling, a few tables, you can meet people from all over the world, will simply say hello to each other, brief communication, very warm feeling. The owner also has a cat, and their little owner will play with the cat in front of the guests, which is very interesting. This is the most welcoming hotel I feel in Turkey. When I left, the host helped me carry my luggage down, and asked me how I felt? And asked if I could write him a good review. In fact, I will write this praise without asking me. Mainly because the hotel owner is enthusiastic, the living environment is not the focus of consideration here.

Is like in the picture. beautiful key centered location, great breackfast buffet, all tasty and fresh. Clean, nice director/reception, improvable the attendants of the buffet, a little rude, once I asked a cola for breackfast, they scolded me, I paid 700 euro to be here, if I want a box of cola u just give it to me, or charge me, no comment needed. Junior Suite looked less fancy than Superior Room I must say, the wood roof was not really cool like the rock cealing. Prayer time is pretty loud, insulation can be improved. Beautiful balcony (the common one). My room Balcony was on top of the entrance stairs, not really a balcony duh. Apart this two details all good. Good value for money.
