The staff were very friendly, and the view is also very pretty. The room was cozy and my family really liked the design as well. I don't like that there was only single lock to the room, and there weren't many spaces to place my belongings in the bathroom. I wish there were more choices of breakfast as well, but the dinner there was amazing.

The hotel is uphill at the other end of grindelwald, not too close to Grindelwald station and Coop, fortunately the door is bus 121, 122, 123, but at first I saw Google map that it was a 15-minute walk from the train station only, but I knew it was quite hard to push luggage up the slope
Fortunately, it is close to Pfingstegg and First cable car stations, and Jungfrau must either take bus 121, 123 or train to Grindelwald Terminal station, change to the Eiger Cable car, or go to Grindelwald station and take the Train to Kleine Scheidegg
Although I live up to 4/F, the room has no air conditioning, so insects have entered the room🫨
But the scenery is beautiful, the room is big, the worst thing is no refrigerator, can only cook the noodles in the room
Breakfast itself thought there was very little food, but you can order hot drink and egg separately, which is quite good
Although seeing hotel restaurant dinner seems to be praised by many people, but too expensive, the cheapest is the 4-course menu d fine din, have to over CHF100

The environment is very quiet and the hygiene is quite clean.
I recently stayed at this superb hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the fantastic, attentive staff and the high level of service provided. Located just a 5-minute walk from the city center, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. I will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Grindelwald. Special thanks to Andras at the front desk for his outstanding welcome and hospitality.

Our stay at Hotel Fiescherblick was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the family-owned hospitality made us feel at home. Eva at the front desk provided the best customer service, and ensured our stay was as enjoyable as can be. The rooftop pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the amazing breakfast was a great way to start the day. Our beautiful room, nestled alongside the snow-covered Swiss mountains, offered breathtaking views. The location is unbeatable; right in town, with a bus stop conveniently right in front of the hotel entrance. If you're looking for a charming, well-run hotel with top-tier service and incredible amenities, this is the place to stay in Grindelwald! ❄️🏔️✨

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights from the 28/12/25. Our group of 8 people required 4 rooms for our stay so we took over the 4th floor of this small boutique hotel. The hotel is directly opposite the church at the end of the town. Good location - quick walk to the town centre of Grindelwald. It is more contemporary than other traditional Swiss hotels - only recently renovated so its decor is fresh, the hotel is clean, warm & comfortable. The hotel is owned by 2 brothers, Lars & Mathias - parents own the hotel next door - 5th generation hoteliers - clearly runs in their blood. We have to compliment how extremely helpful Lars was whilst we were booking our ski trip - easy to contact, great communication & so helpful. Both L&M are extremely involved in the day to day running of the hotel & on the ground daily ensuring every aspect of our stay was running smoothly. We really enjoyed the roof top heated hot tub & sauna - which was heavenly after a hard day skiing with absolutely breath taking views of the church & mountains. The lounge area is small & just off the main entrance - can be drafty & busy for seats. The breakfast is nice but scrambled egg with bacon was the only hot option if you are not prepared to pay additional charge for 3 other options.. this out of principal was disappointing given the price we paid per person for B&B. The rooms were nice, modern, comfy beds & plenty of storage. Although our kids were made feel welcome it is not the most kid friendly hotel. The restaurant is fine dining too, so needs to be considered - menu doesn’t change regularly & it is expensive - we did enjoy the fine dining experience but only ate here for dinner once during our 9 day stay. Overall we had a very nice stay in a lovely hotel in a great location - Grindelwald as expected is very expensive & this is reflected in this expensive hotel.

The Hotel Fiescherblick Team were so welcoming and attentive during our stay. The rooms were well-appointed, very clean, and had everything we required. We enjoyed the Breakfast offered each morning in the Restaurant. We loved our time at this Grindelwald property and look forward to returning.

The hospitality at the Fiescherblick was excellent. The room is well appointed and the beds quite comfortable. The bath was spacious and the shower terrific. One addition might be the inclusion of a hand clothe for the bathroom. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast. The staff was excellent from reception to restaurant to housekeeping. Many good suggestions on touring in the Jungfrau region. The location is nice in Grindelwald with convenient bus transport right outside the front door. Most of the restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. Bottom line, a fine hotel!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Fiescherblick. Our room was comfortable and very well appointed with a spectacular view of the surrounding peaks. We loved that we could open windows to get fresh air at night and the bed/sheets were delightful. Everything is spotless. The laundry is expensive, but we appreciated it. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and other services but not right in the busiest part of town. We enjoyed the bells from the church across the street as well as the gentle bells from the cows grazing nearby. We had dinner at the ramen pop-up on the patio one evening (good!), accompanied by a cocktail from the hotel (also good). Breakfast is great - lots of variety and everything of excellent quality, served by very kind staff. The spa is nice but quite small/plain (just the hot pool and the sauna). There is an overly complicated system for gaining entry to the spa - one has to go to the front desk and ask for a key and then return it afterward. I would have preferred for the spa to have longer hours (i.e., open in the morning). We found the wifi to be surprisingly poor in our room. The tipping option at check-out was unusual - I have never before been presented with the option to tip a percentage on the entire bill (I think it would be better to communicate to guests that they may request the option to tip via credit card at check-out if they wish). We did receive some incorrect information about the bus from the front desk on one occasion. However, overall we have very fond memories of our stay - our room felt like a beautiful oasis, tucked away amidst the incomparably grand scenery.

Due to water damage at Hotel Fiescherblick, we were graciously relocated to the sister hotel next door, where we stayed in a beautifully renovated room. Everything was perfect—the breakfast was delightful, and the staff were exceptional. I cannot express enough gratitude to Ava and Matthias. We were incredibly fortunate to have such warm and generous hosts. Ava not only drove us to the train station but also went out of her way to assist us to meet with my sister and niece, who were stranded at a nearby hotel due to the lack of shuttle service, and the buses weren’t running on schedule that day. Ava’s kindness truly touched us, as she personally ensured we were reunited with my family at the Grindelwald Terminal train station. I will never forget her thoughtfulness and generosity. If we return to Grindelwald this will be the only place we will stay.

We stayed at the family owned hotel next door to the Fiescherblick hotel. Our hotel was built by the grandfather of Mattias over 90 years ago. Mattias is the consumate host. He and his staff will get you situated each day with trails, transportation, dinner plans, etc. The included breakfast was fairly substantial with eggs, breads, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, meats, juices, granola, etc. After a long day of hiking, the one feature of the Fiescherblick hotel is the outdoor salt water hot tub, dry/wet sauna, shower, etc. We are returning next year!
