整個酒店給人的感覺非常不滿意。首先是前台服務，雖然説是春節期間酒店服務員人少可以理解，但我們來的第一天晚上，前台直接沒有人把一堆人晾在那裡等，過了會兒才來一個服務員，而且對於酒店的前台辦理程序很不熟悉。然後是酒店內部的設施，各種設施破舊不堪，比如門把手都是用塑料膠帶粘上去，沒法正常使用。微波爐和冰箱全是灰，非常臟。插座破舊不堪，有漏電的風險。浴室類的洗髮露沒有，而且架子還要掉下來。最無法忍受的就是熱水問題，酒店採用的是老式的充電熱水器，使用一會兒熱水就沒了。房間內還有蟑螂在爬。整個酒店的感覺和他的宣傳完全不一樣，竟然還要800塊錢一個晚上？！千萬不要選這個酒店

房間很大，但設施很差，衞生很差，服務很差，環境很差，床頭的枱燈是壞的，枕頭套上有黃色污漬還有頭髮，浴巾也是，也有黃色污漬，熱水又不夠，兩個人洗澡還得中間等十五分鐘，前台的態度很差，一直襬個臭臉

體驗非常不好，自己看吧。毛巾是破的，廁所天花板的電線暴露出來，熱水閥門也一言難盡，訂了兩晚衹住了一晚，申請兩次提前離店被拒絕，受不了了，22樓都是鹹魚乾的味道。

中國民間金融大廈是一座20多層大高樓，許多公寓對外出租，由至少5，6家不同名子的民宿賓館經營管理，這一家評分不算高，主要是價格比其他家略高80多元，所以評價不高，入住率也不高，但我看了她家三間房都挺喜歡的，是照片所展示的。
