Very good location, close to metro. Bedroom is fine, clean, bed with good mattress. Despite non smoking in the room, you can smell cigarettes and you can hear mouses or rats walking in the ceiling.

24hr friendly & accomodating frontdesk, strong aircond, strong water pressure, good projector & program collection.fifteen mins walk distance frm CJC statioon.

Simply the best hotel I’ve stayed at in GZ, and that includes Shangri-la, Sofitel etc.

Good enough for a few night stays.eating shops and minimart nearby.

Room is big and spacious and clean . Wi Fi is strong and there's a fridge. Location wise it's 7 minutes walk to the nearest MRT station ( CHEN'S ACADEMY) and 10 minutes walk to LIWAN LAKE where there's plenty of good food. Last but not least receptionist ( forgot to ask her name) small size young girl is very helpful. Our room bathroom water outlet was stuck and happened that maintenance guy was on emergency leave, she tried her best to clear the blockage. Finally it was cleared and tqs her for doing a great job.

Visiting family in the area and needed a place to sleep. It’s the best choice ever. Staff were friendly and they helped me to print my boarding pass. They cleaned my room every day and were very accommodating. I saw a staff spent time with helping a guest who lost his phone in the street. Very heart warming. I will definitely stay again!! Thank you for the 5 stars experiences.

Facilities: The facilities in the room are quite complete. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Very good. The front desk arranged a floor-to-ceiling room with a nice view. Service: The front desk upgraded the room type for free. I told the store in advance that I would arrive at night. The service attitude was very good.

It was like the beginning of a wonderful journey! As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was deeply attracted by the exquisite decoration and warm atmosphere, as if I had stepped into a home full of art. The front desk staff was full of smiles, and the efficiency of the check-in procedure was even more surprising. There was no delay at all, and I instantly felt the hotel's thoughtfulness and professionalism. The room was even more eye-catching, with a spacious and bright space layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and every detail revealed the care. Lying on that big bed, it seemed as if all the fatigue was gently wrapped, a good night's sleep, and waking up refreshed.

Those who don't have high requirements for hardware facilities can buy this store. The staff in this store have good service, the price is right, and the toiletries are moderate (better than other stores of the same price). I didn't ask the front desk about TV membership this time, and I don't know if there is any (I turned on the TV but didn't log in to have membership)
