They were very kind and the accommodation was clean. The airport pick-up service was also safely accessible and is about a minute's drive away. The place where the accommodation was located was surrounded by barbed wire, and the guard was guarding the entrance, so I felt safe. Also, the breakfast was great, and lastly, the kind owner gave me a ride to the airport. If you have to spend a day near the airport, I definitely recommend it.

Close to the airport and feels safe.
Still a bit strange location and not feeling so safe to walk there in the middle of the night.
Room and building is very basic and old.
Breakfast was nice.
Too expensive 👎

Cleaning begins when guests check in. Ask guests to wait at the front desk for the normal time when checking in. The first room I was given was outside the window in a narrow inner courtyard with poor air circulation and sight lines... Needless to say, I went to the front desk to change rooms. The other female leader at the front desk was more enthusiastic and more enthusiastic than the first female staff member. Much better, but still waiting for the room to be ready before check-in. My check-in time was nearly 8pm. I want to ask: Does a five-star hotel not clean the room in the afternoon? Do you have to wait until guests arrive to clean?

Located in the 10th district of Guatemala City's safest area, the hotel room is a suite with a restaurant bar, gym, and facilities equivalent to the domestic four-five-star hotel. It is a relatively high-cost hotel among the 10 district hotels. Five hotels eventually chose us here and are highly recommended to everyone.

First Guatemala.
I asked for a taxi at an inn near the airport, but I couldn't respond because it was too early just before, so I decided to walk. I arrived at 1.5km, but it was safe to walk outside alone by noticing it in the morning, and it was safe not to go to the supermarket. There was a lot to understand because the owner taught me, and it was a very nice owner and encouraging. Thank you very much!

Very nice facilities, just that don't give water to drink 😑 because it is paid extra for it and the reception attention is not friendly
Thank you for choosing our Wyndham Garden Guatemala City hotel.

The staffs are very courteous, They Speak good English and they help you out of the way, a special Tanks to Yaquelyn and Mr Edwin in the Front office. The Rooms are very specious clean, the beds are very conformable and the best city view from the Balcony. The breakfast is good for Latin American people i guess, i come from Asia, but they make good Spanish Omelet, so nothing much to complain,

This hotel was the perfect place for my overnight stay in Guatemala City before flying out. The room was cozy and the perfect size for me as a solo traveler. The hotel restaurant being on the same floor was also very convenient for me. I would especially like to credit the front desk receptionist, Adriana, for her excellent customer service and graciousness. She was able to help me with whatever I needed and was so kind. As someone who highly values customer service, I recommend this hotel!

Outstanding
AAnonymous UserAdvantages: safe location, convenient to the airport, delicious dinner, professional service, comfortable room.
Highlights: Breakfast is extremely rich and high quality, comparable to the most luxurious hotels.
Disadvantages: The bathtub is shallow and uncomfortable
Overall: extremely satisfied, will come again
GGuest UserVery pleasant experience overall. I needed help with arranging many details and staff were very helpful! The room was exceptional, although there was only shampoo and lotion, no conditioner, but the shower was hot and the pillows were soft! I felt very comfortable and safe and would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserIt is a hotel converted from a villa, the equipment is not bad, the key is that the hotel owner is very beautiful and the service is good. It is rare to speak English. Don’t order me food, and take me to the market supermarket for free, and take me to the airport for free
TTheJinzaLifeVery clean room with comfortable bed and kitchen facilities. Lobby was nicely designed. The location was fairly close to some shops and restaurants. Overall a great stay for a couple of nights.
I've been a loyal customer, staying at this hotel on average twice a year for the past 25 years. Yes, that includes the period prior to the hotel being a Hilton. The last time I stayed I had an issue with the reception desk, but now it was worse. Turns out that I was ”upgraded” to a Jr. Suite, something I didn't want because most of the upgraded rooms face the loud highway. I explained that I preferred a garden facing room regardless of the upgrade, but they couldn't accommodate me because they had no availability of those rooms. So, I accepted the upgrade, but because the room wasn't ready, I left telling the front desk that I would be back later that night. I came back close to 9:00pm to find that indeed my room was facing the highway, but then the surprise...the room had no windows! Oh yes, there was glass where windows were supposed to be, but they were frosted or white. Needless to say, you couldn't see out and it felt like a cave! Well, it was late so I decide to go to sleep and deal with it in the morning. Morning came, I went to the front desk and told them how unhappy I was and that the room was unacceptable and that I wanted to leave given that they couldn't accommodate my request. Well, to my surprise they were going to charge me the penalty for checking out early. I explained that it was not my fault, that they should check with the manager. They then offered a room next to the elevator which I declined. Explaining that it was okay if they had no availability, and that I would just leave. No issue, those things happen and I would be back another time. I went back to the room to gather my bags came back to the front desk to check out and yes, the manager had said NO to my request to not charge the penalty so I had to pay the $25 plus tax. What a stupid move by the hotel, after 25 years, they had lost a client for $25. Amazing! Of course I will never stay at the hotel ever again and will do what I can to tell everyone my story.
CChosenAuthor24With visiting a new country, I was a little uncertain about the right hotel to stay in, but, when I pulled up in the Uber, I was BEYOND grateful that the pictures matched real-life. The entire hotel had an old world, relaxed vibe, that made the wind down easier. I have never traveled to Guatemala before and the friendly service has me considering returning, for a longer, personal trip. Even though I'm not fluent, in the native language, most of the ppl with whom I came in contact, including hotel staff, were VERY helpful and patient.
The bed was VERY comfortable, the room smelled like it had been cleaned, recently and it was VERY spacious.
CCHENThe breakfast is very good. The location is very good. The front desk and restaurant waiter are warm and patient. The luggage storage and hotel driver transfer service are also in place. This is a great hotel. If you come again next time, definitely choose this hotel.
GGuest UserThis was a very convenient overnight stop before an early morning flight. The staff were great and arranged to-go lunch boxes and a taxi for our 3:30am departure to the airport which was only 10 minutes away. Lots of western and fast food options within a five minute walk including Applebys, TGIF, MacDonalds, Burger King and Pappa Johns. Lots of other hotels in the neighbourhood, but Best Western offered the best price for our overnight purposes.
GGuest UserMangos was friendly enough. Breakfast provided and bed was comfortable/private enough although the dorm was not that well ventilated and there was still a lot of car noise from street.
