The hotel was ok clean but didn’t have elevators so had to take stairs up to the 3rd floor, also no parking for the cars only a few outside and no swimming pool

Excellent location - located in zone 10. The free breakfast is up to standard.

The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is good, and the hotel is safe

Stayed here twice and had to pay an extra $150 to check out this time

I checked in in the middle of the night. After taking a shower, I found that the hot water faucet could not be turned off, so I asked someone to fix it. Early the next morning, the flushing toilet didn't work again, so we had to fix it again. Won't choose to stay again

Generally speaking, hotels are older and their facilities are older. The carpet doesn't look very clean, I would choose a modern hotel. They put me in a room near a big machine. It was very noisy at night. I had to wear earplugs to sleep.

Hotel and staff are great! Breakfast was terrible each of 3 days; rotten fruit and terrible coffee!! Wait staff knows but doesn’t care. Bless G-d San Martin is just a block away.

My husband and I are a little upset because when I booked it, it showed there was an elevator, but when we got here they had us on the 4th floor, because of my bad knees, when we asked where the elevators were the guy at the front desk said the don't have them. So your dad talked them into getting us one on the first floor. No the best room, but it was a long trip and we were tired. Then when we went to have breakfast this morning we found the elevator😡. Felt like third class customers. So much for customer service. Oh well at least the room is ok.

Rooms were not ready at check in time. Had to wait for an hour. Other than that service was average. Clean place.

I spent two hours looking for this place, traffic was horrible. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Very clean rooms. We have stayed here a few times now and it has become our go to when in Guatemala City.
