1，空調可以正常開啟，但是用不了時而猛吹時而沒風（不能吹暖風）
2，浴室無浴巾，排風扇也是壞的，淋浴花灑漏水
3.電視機可以開啟，但是放不了影片（任何影片）

缺點：我住的那間房下水道堵住了，洗臉洗手的時候水總是從下水道口溢出來，浴室的排風也是壞的。前台衹見過她一次，老闆很忙，一次都沒見過。酒店純自助式服務，中午會有人敲門來問要不要打掃衞生，但是總體來説比不上以前同價位住的酒店乾淨。民宿是聯排別墅改造的，附近商鋪沒有生機，僅有的商鋪，要麼生意慘淡，要麼在轉讓，這意味着購物消費不是那麼的方便。以及，為了開窗通風，房間蚊子進來，被我打死了。
優點：1：酒店離我考試的學校很近。2：酒店非常的安靜，房間很大，應該剛裝修也沒多久。 3：離江邊也比較近，散步方便。中餐晚餐都是點的外賣，也沒有等太久，説明離市中心應該也不太遠？

衞生：我們當天住進去的時候阿姨在打掃，我以為會打掃得比較乾淨，結果毛巾上還有毛，地也沒拖，樓梯也非常臟，除了裝修新，其他沒辦法看。
環境：環境其實非常好，整體比較安靜，但是我們住的房間正好在門頭燈那邊，晚上一直有嗡嗡的聲音，我受不了！
服務：沒有啥服務，老闆幾乎不在也不管，自助式入住，毛巾，浴巾第二天都不換，當天住進去沒有一次性拖鞋，浴巾衹有一條，我打電話發消息一直在要，結果老闆直到我們第二天要走了晚上十點才問我要不要送來！
設施：這個酒店比較新，設施都比較新，但是酒店拖鞋臭到不想進衞生間！
總結：體驗非常不好，當天入住我們打電話打了很久聯繫不上老闆，我們等了半小時，還讓攜程客服幫我們聯繫了也沒用！到處都臟，浴巾一次性拖鞋都很難要來！

酒店衞生一般 老闆一般不在 都是自助入住的 老闆不在就導致有些問題沒法及時反饋 比如房間打掃不徹底 沙發底下甚至有紙團 東西落在酒店裡之後 因為時間緊沒法再過去 再三懇求老闆請他幫忙寄個同城速遞 每一次問老闆都答應 但是從來沒有寄過 拖了十天左右 最後還是拜託別人幫忙過去拿的

條件尚可，老闆很忙😓，入住見了一面就在也沒見過，周邊沒啥吃的，要走挺遠，停車不方便，老闆給找了個位置。
