Hotels Near Chengnan Shengji in Guiyang

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The front desk called to ask about my needs the day before I checked in, and upgraded me to a family room for free. The hotel is in a good location with parking. It is convenient for shopping around and very clean. Any problems can be solved quickly. The breakfast is also very good. I will stay here again next time.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

We were very happy with this hotel in Guiyang. All the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Our hotel room’s price did not include breakfast but we decided to pay extra for the tasty & many options breakfast.

Very close to the subway entrance, convenient to go anywhere, and the service attitude is very good. I am a light sleeper and I didn't hear much noise. This is the second time I've stayed here. I will still choose this place when I come to Guiyang next time.

Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

It's really amazing! The hotel is really amazing! First, the parking lot is very large and easy to park! Second, the hotel is high, and it was just right to enjoy the fireworks in Guiyang on New Year's Eve, so shocking! Third, it is very close to the subway, and it is super convenient to go to various attractions in the city center. Fourth, I have never seen a hotel prepare various syrups to go with coffee. We tried almost every flavor, and I still like cinnamon the most. I drink it for several days. I love it! There is also cinnamon powder to go with it. The hotel breakfast has pork rib soup and fermented glutinous rice dumplings. I love them all. There are also various types of breakfast, which is very rich. The front desk clerk Xiaolin is very enthusiastic, and the room is cleaned in time every day. The bed is very comfortable, the bath towel is also very thick, the air conditioning is sufficient, and it is not cold at all in winter. There are also spare quilts in the cabinet. The hot water for bathing is really instant, and you don’t have to wait. It’s excellent. The most surprising thing is that there is a microwave in the room, a microwave! Detergent, dishwashing machine, chopping board, bowls, plates, and spoons. It couldn't be better! There is also a capsule coffee machine!

The hotel is centrally located in the midst of many food, shopping and transport choice. Service staff is really sincere and helpful. There’s are shared mini kitchen, washing machines/dryers/irons and umbrellas for guests to use. The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly. It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. Ask around and it’s easy to get to the lifts. Thank you to the hotel and nice staff for a very pleasant stay!

Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

The overall stay at the hotel is very satisfactory. The front desk provides free luggage storage, wake-up service, etc. The front desk service is very good and efficient. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is of suitable height, the space is large, and all daily necessities are available. The restaurant is clean and hygienic and it is very reassuring to eat. There are many types of dishes and rich choices. The hotel is convenient for transportation and is very close to the subway station. It is convenient to travel. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot, and parking is free. There are free baked sweet potatoes, snacks, mineral water, etc. in the hotel lobby. The hotel also has a gym, laundry room, rest area, etc.
