The service is also very good. It was cold these two days. The housekeeper Xiaowen asked about the check-in time in advance. When I entered the room, the air conditioner had been turned on for a long time. This is really the service standard of star hotels and resort hotels. The welcome fruit and mini bar are good and generous The hygiene is good, the bedding is very comfortable, and children's bathrobes, slippers and toothbrushes are prepared for children It is worth mentioning the breakfast. Other hot spring breakfasts in Guizhou Province are really perfunctory. This one is very attentive. The total number is not large, but the categories are basically covered, and the taste is also very good, especially the glutinous rice. I really want to secretly take a bag to pack it up! ! ! The restaurant is clean and neat, which refreshed my impression of hot spring hotels in the province. It can really be a benchmark, even better than some star-rated hotels The private hot spring water is also very comfortable. I didn’t take too many photos because I was enjoying it all the time~ It has been listed as a place for relaxation on weekends by our family. It is close and good. I really recommend it! ! ! !

The Guizhou beef noodles for breakfast were a real highlight – the broth was flavorful, and there was plenty of tender beef; it was better than many specialty restaurants outside. I was also pleasantly surprised to find fresh watermelon juice, which is a nice touch since many hotels in China only offer processed juice. Major plus for the Four Points breakfast!

The hotel boasts a tranquil environment, pleasant rooms, and fresh air. Upon check-in, a butler greets you with rose petals and fresh fruit – excellent service! A cleaning lady provided detailed answers to all your questions (her name is ”Yang Jie” in the last picture), which deserves praise. This room type includes one free entry to the public hot spring bath, which is staffed on a rotating basis. They proactively offer ginger tea/water, providing excellent service. The only downside is the lack of nearby attractions, only a small supermarket and some foot massage shops. If you arrive by high-speed rail, this hotel is ideal for a one-night stay. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from Guiyang East Station, making it a highly recommended choice.

Service: The staff is warm, but the various (coffee, lunch, porridge) sent at the time of booking are not mentioned and cashed. There was nothing for breakfast very early, the coffee machine was broken, and the lunch and porridge did not say how to send it. You can say that you can sleep, and it is convenient to eat a lot of takeaways around. You don't have to eat at the hotel.

The hygiene was good, and the surrounding environment was also very nice, quiet, and suitable for relaxation. The two private hot springs were also good; the water temperature reached 50 degrees Celsius when filled with hot water. The public swimming pool wasn't far either, just down a slope. If you're driving, it's a short drive to the room. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. I'd definitely come back for a hot spring bath next time. The only downside was that there was a window next to the room door, and it was easy to bump your head while going up the stairs with it open, which hurt quite a bit.
