Romantic Hotels in Guiyang

1Excellent location, eating and drinking around is very convenient. The room was cleaned, no smell, the bed was soft and hard and comfortable to sleep. The check-in at the front desk was very fast, the staff was intimate and welcoming, the price was far more than the same price, it had been collected, and I would choose this one next time I travel!

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, right next to Jiaxiu Tower, offering superb night views. Although it's been open for nearly ten years, all facilities and equipment are well-maintained. The service level is high, with all staff providing smiling and polite service. Janice from Guest Relations left a deep impression on me. Two days before check-in, she called to inquire about my approximate arrival time and added me on WeChat. Immediately after check-in, she sent me a travel guide and check-in instructions. During my stay, she frequently checked in on me, asked about my needs, provided weather forecasts, reminded me to bring an umbrella, and went out of her way to fulfill my requests. Even though we never met in person, when I checked out on the 55th floor, she accurately addressed me by my surname amidst the crowd at the elevator entrance, demonstrating strong professionalism and solid training. Lisa from the Executive Lounge was also very enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast was decent, but the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour offerings were excellent. Besides cold dishes and salads, there were four main hot dishes (chicken, duck, fish, and meat) every night, plus one vegetable, one staple, one soup, and one congee. The French pastries in the lounge were of a very high standard, and they also offered freshly mixed cocktails. The driveway at the hotel entrance is narrow, but the concierge staff calmly managed vehicle flow, loading and unloading luggage efficiently and without chaos. The hotel pays attention to service details; for example, there's a reminder at the guest room door to prevent guests from leaving items behind. I have two suggestions: firstly, for some reason, I couldn't find a night light in the guest room. This should be added during the next renovation to avoid disturbing others with bright lights when getting up at night. Secondly, there were too few hangers in the guest room.

The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and check-in was quick. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted good. The cleaning staff were prompt with their service. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Pros: -Very friendly staff and efficient service all around -Lots of complimentary activities throughout the day (The evening tour of Qingyan was definitely a highlight of my trip) -The exteriors of the hotels from the walls to the courtyards are all very picturesque -The lobby offers tea and some small local snacks -Clean room with lots of amenities - the robes were very soft Cons: -Terrible soundproofing: I could hear my neighbours slam their doors starting around 6AM in the morning. -Some small repairs are needed: the peephole cover was loose (I used tissue paper to cover the hole throughout the night, and the shower button was a bit loose so it was hard to adjust to the shower head that I wanted to use)

The room was very clean, spacious, quiet, and cozy. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows offering lovely views of the outside. I truly love this hotel. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even when we deliberately put her to the test, her excellent attitude remained unchanged. This positive review is specifically dedicated to her! She also recommended a Guizhou specialty dish called 'Huoyou Luoguo' which was located right behind the hotel, and it tasted absolutely delicious. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Guiyang.

This stay was great! The hotel is close to the subway station/attractions, and the surrounding dining and shopping are super convenient, saving time and worry. ​-The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation is good, and I slept very well at night. ​The front desk checked in quickly, the staff was enthusiastic, and they responded to any requests (such as helping to store luggage/recommending nearby food).

Although the majong is small and well-equipped, it is suitable for a person to travel alone. Moreover, the whole house is smart and controlled by Xiao Ai. The bedding is relatively comfortable, but the street side can be a bit noisy. It is recommended that the merchant provide earplugs.

We have to say that the hotel's hygiene is really clean, much cleaner than the one I lived in before, the price is quite high, the hotel's service attitude is very good, let us feel at home.

The B&B is at Exit C of Changjiang Road Subway Station. The transportation is convenient and there are many delicious foods downstairs.     The room is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable, soundproofed, well equipped, and the washing machine in the room is a big surprise.     The little sister at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful. Thank you for the peace of mind and comfort provided by the homestay. I will stay in Guiyang again next time.
