We landed a little late today. I called the hotel in advance to ask. I said if there is a pick-up and drop-off service. I saw that your hotel said yes. Then how do we contact your driver? The front desk told me , you can pick me up from the airport before two o'clock in the morning, and you will be picked up at any time. After I landed and got my luggage, they arranged for the driver to pick me up, and then told me which gate to wait for the driver. I really have nothing to say about their home. For service, sometimes the driver may be late. This is normal. It takes time to wait for the traffic lights, and you cannot always park there to pick up people at the airport. Everyone must be aware of this, so be prepared in advance and then the driver Just come and leave, it's simple and hassle-free. I'm very satisfied with the airport pick-up and drop-off service. 晚上的飛機到貴陽，就訂了機場附近。第一次訂亞朵，雅緻雙人房，我攜程積分升級了房間。房間挺乾淨，窗户可以開，通風也好，陽光也很不錯。一米二的床，如果一米三左右就更好了，因為帶倆孩子出遊。枕頭很不錯，孩子也喜歡。
洗衣房很好用，晚上把換下來的衣物拿去洗衣機稍微洗下再烘乾機烘乾，熱呼呼軟哄哄拿回房間，再也不用臭烘烘放回行李箱。
深夜粥由於我們11點到，剛好結束了就沒吃到，自己叫了份外賣，也很方便，機器人送到房間門口。晚上睡覺也不吵。自助早餐也不錯，還可以讓阿姨煮個粉，有我們家鄉人愛吃的金豆尾。自己調豆花，鹹口甜口都行。一種像小粽子的東西，阿姨説叫竹葉粑（聽着像這個名）很好吃。
服務員都很禮貌，態度也很好，也很熱心。主動拿了小朋友的牙刷和拖鞋給我，我們第二天退房的時候也給了小禮物。
電梯都是要刷卡才能上去，比較安全。
總體感覺是會讓人喜歡的酒店。以後訂酒店合適的話也會選擇亞朵

First of all, this August Guizhou hotel has gone crazy, *** crazy.
Then, if this hotel is still close to 500, it is really not recommended to bring children to the family.
I went to the hotel that night and went in to our room to see it. It was a room I had lived in. It was used and dirty.
Then the phone in the room is furnished and can't be called to the front desk. I have to find the hotel's contact information in Trip to call the front desk to explain the situation. Fortunately, the front desk quickly changed us to a room. This is still very fast.
Then the room is divided up and down, it is not convenient to bring children. The bedroom is on the second floor. Even if you don't bring children, it is a trouble to carry your luggage up, and the stairs are very narrow.
Then, for nearly 500 prices, there were no children's toiletries, but a set of adult toothbrushes and slippers were given free of charge. Speaking of slippers, there are slippers in the room that need to be paid to take away. If you want to be disposable, you need to manually check the hotel phone and call the front desk to find them. Very speechless, I am embarrassed to call. Change rooms, children's toiletries, disposable slippers all made three calls.
There are bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, and the bathroom upstairs can take a shower. Then the bathroom sink is very small. Except for the brushing cups, it can't be put down. Very unfriendly to women, after all, there are many bottles and cans for skin care. Then the toothbrush given by the hotel of 6 yuan is brushed to shed hair, which is really speechless.
The biggest safety hazard is the bathroom floor. The tiles in the shower area obviously don't polish the edges and it's easy to paddle, but they don't put shower slippers. I've made three calls and I can't call them anymore to ask for shower slippers.
Finally, the black wardrobe is really wonderful, the designer is seriously ill. The wardrobe is empty, you can see the bathrobe inside, everyone in the south, when the light is weak at night, look at what it feels like.
I hope that the price increase of hotels in Guiyang is a price increase, please be worthy of your price.

The service attitude is really bad. I stayed here for two days and checked in on the first day. The air conditioner had no temperature. When I extended my room in the morning, I told him that he would change the room for me, and then he said he would fix it for me. The facilities, environment and service of Holiday Inn Guiyang Airport surpass most Holiday Inns. The room was very good, and the service was also very good. First of all, the price didn't increase much during the exam period. I wanted a room with a desk by the window, and the boss was very nice. He upgraded my room type directly, and the desk was well lit. Secondly, my order didn't include breakfast, so I was going to pay for breakfast separately at the front desk, but the boss asked me to go and eat directly and didn't let me pay more. Why doesn't this hotel open more places? It's too low-key.
My mother feels great when I bring her here.
🤩Breakfast here. We can have two meals from morning to 13:00 in the afternoon. There is a special sour soup hot pot at noon.
The hotel basically provides one-to-several services with exclusive butlers.
The room design is basic and the room type is very private and quiet.
The whole hotel is fragrant, including hand towels. The washing and care are all diptyque.
Some unexpected services:
1️⃣During the stay, all service staff will help press the elevator to the floor I go to.
2️⃣The front desk butler can remember which room I am when I come back.
It's too cold to go out. The umbrella at the door can be taken directly without registering the room number. They pointed the way to the intersection and prepared warm water for us to take away.
3️⃣Three molecular cocktail coupons were given. No bluffs, every cup is very beautiful. The hotel is very photogenic~
4️⃣After breakfast and when leaving the hotel, we will ask about the experience and opinions. Generally, we will report to the manager immediately to ask about the specific situation and get it solved and compensated immediately

2. Desserts were given to us~ I didn’t expect it to be a big bag
3. An extra breakfast was given
4. Because our schedule was to check out and then play in Guiyang, the hotel was at night, so they helped us extend the room to 8:00 pm. We can come back to rest after playing, and the driver will wait for us downstairs to drop us off at the airport
5️⃣Facial masks, fruits and desserts were prepared in the room. The tea for making the bed at night was approved by my mother
6️⃣There was a card in the room. They had everything we might need
7️⃣The takeaway we ordered was delivered manually (I felt really good when I opened the door and saw the handsome boy and beautiful girl)
8️⃣When I left, they also gave me a full set of diptyque toiletries as a souvenir

The reason for coming to Guiyang next time will be because of this hotel hhhhh

Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.
The room was of excellent quality, and very clean, beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room.
Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.
Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist.
Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great
After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines.
My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist.
I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

AAaron CedricI really liked this hotel! First of all, I was so grateful that, even though I arrived a little before noon, the hotel managers allowed me to check in early with no extra charge. And I found them helpful and efficient and friendly (always greeting me when I returned each day).
The room itself was a pleasant change from what I'm used to. First of all, my room had no window. But I didn't even get bothered by that because the room itself has such a warm feeling. The floor is a dark wood that makes the whole room feel a sense of integrity. The decorations in the room also give a sense of old world elegance. For example, they put a 1940s style phone in the room (which is very clearly modern since it uses digital buttons instead of the rotary system) just to keep up with the entire theme of the hotel as a place stuck beautifully in time. The shower in the room was excellent; it even had a bench built into the wall that I suppose you could sit on. The shower had good pressure and a full supply of hot water. The room was a bit hot for me, but I suppose I could have called the front desk and they would have helped me adjust the settings; it wasn't too hot that I was uncomfortable. Actually, at that time of the year when Guizhou is so cold and damp, other hotels I had stayed at previously in Guizhou had the problem of being irreparably cold, so perhaps I should be grateful for this point.
I like the fact that the hotel has breakfast. I intended to try the breakfast but I got food poisoning from some street food the night before and didn't feel like eating anything the entire next day, so unfortunately I didn't get to try it... but it really looked good! They also seem to have a late evening dinner option, but I didn't try that either (I should have!).
The location is also excellent. I took a cab from this hotel to the history museum, Qianling Mountain Park, and the airport, and all were quick and cheap rides. Obviously a visit to Qingyan Ancient Town is going to be an expensive ride wherever you are coming from unless you're staying in Qingyan itself. Anyways, this hotel is also within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Just go out the door and turn left and within a few blocks you'll be in a food area with professional restaurants and street food. I, regrettably, was determined to visit Guiyang's famous ErQi Food street, so I kept walking. From the hotel to ErQi food street, it took me about 45 minutes to walk. Not bad! As it turns out, something I ate there didn't agree with my digestive system, so I should have just eaten at the many great restaurants near the hotel. But the point I'm making is that the ErQi Food street ”on the other side of town” was only about 40 minutes by walking. I could also walk to Yan'an Lu and other such streets or to Jiaxiu Tower (I walked right by it... only about 20 minutes from the hotel by walking). That shows what a fantastic location this hotel offers!

My train was delayed due to weather conditions. Instead of arriving at 22:11, I arrived at Guiyang North Railway station at almost 23:00, the manager promptly replied to my messages to see to it that I correctly followed the directions to the hotel since I don't speak Chinese and it was already late at night. He assured me that the staff was expecting me and the room had been prepared and reserved for me. They upgraded me to a bigger room + complimentary breakfast! ❤️
- The staff and the manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. It was raining when I left for the airport and they provided a service umbrella and instructed the driver to drop me at T2 on my behalf since I am a foreigner and I don't speak Chinese!

The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities, and bar snacks were provided. The children were very surprised, especially the voice intelligent system in the room was super convenient. Just speak, the lights, TV, and curtains all obey the command. The children exclaimed that it was so advanced and called the voice intelligent system all over. The location of the hotel is also very good, with convenient transportation. Guiyang North Station is just opposite. Next time I come, I will definitely choose to stay at Carlton Hotel again. I especially praise the hotel's ”pick-up and drop-off service”. I really give it a super ”thumbs-up”. The arrival time last night was really very late, but they still arranged a car to pick us up. The driver helped me with my luggage and held my children. The fatigue along the way was really melted away by the enthusiastic service. The morning drop-off service was also very punctual and considerate. When I got off the car, the driver found that the back of my down jacket was accidentally stained with something, and she kept helping me to pat it off. The brother and sister at the front desk were also very enthusiastic. I urgently needed to borrow a sewing kit last night, and they found it for me immediately. The service of Carlton Hotel is really very professional and thoughtful👍

BBeijingdongchengaboMetro Line 2 is just downstairs, which is very convenient for going to various attractions in the city. To go to the airport, you can take the Longdongbao Airport Station, which saves the time and cost of taking a taxi. It is very good. There is a food street in the Provincial Construction Office downstairs. The Changwang noodles and beef noodles are delicious. Feishan Street opposite the hotel has Aunt Yang's silk dolls and various barbecues, which are really good. The room is generally OK, quiet and clean.

SScarletTheWanderer🏨 Situated 30 mins from the airport this is a little gem located right in the heart of Huaxi Shilihe Beach National Urban Wetland Park. 马娟 the manager was so nice and went out of her way to make me feel welcome.
I was upgraded to a suite which was spacious, had a lovely bath and the bed and sheets were luxurious. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was very hot in my room but the manager found me a fan right away which was perfect and I had a nice nights sleep. The hotel lobby and stairway could be a little more clean but the views were nice from the common balcony area.
🤩 马娟 showed me where I could rent a bike to explore the wetland park and made delicious recommendations on where I could get the local noodles that were soooo tasty I went back twice! 🥘 The restaurants nearby serve a lot of BBQ and many other places have KTV but it didn’t go on throughout the night. There is a little construction across the valley during the day as it seems someone is building a big resort but inside the room it was very quiet. It’s a 3 mins walk from the river and if you walk about 5 mins away from the little town it’s quiet and peaceful by the river.
❤️ I would recommend staying here if you want to explore a gorgeous wetland park in the city or if you want a little taste of nature before flying from Guiyang. It’s also very close to the Huaxi park (about 20mins walk) and Tianhetan park is around a 25-40 mins taxi depending on traffic and time and costs about 40-50rmb.
