Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Guiyang

It is our first visit to Guiyang, 8 of us, we thought to try out this particular Hampton hotel just for two nights with four rooms at first. When we got there we found the Reception Team to provide exceptional service and it was throughout our stay! So much that we extended our stay! The breakfast came with good variety and the laundry facilities were great also. Thank you Hampton Team! 这是我们第一次来贵阳，我们一行八人，原本打算只在这家酒店住两晚，订了四间房。到了之后，我们发现前台团队的服务非常出色，而且这服务贯穿了我们整个入住期间！服务如此周到，以至于我们决定延长入住时间！早餐种类丰富，洗衣设施也很棒。感谢Hampton团队！

The hotel upgraded us to a deluxe suite. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring two bathrooms, which was incredibly convenient. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, catering well to our needs. The mini-bar was stocked with a variety of complimentary drinks, fresh fruit was delivered daily, and an ample supply of bottled water was also available. The hotel is conveniently located, with numerous dining options nearby, offering plenty of choices. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay.

The hotel is newly opened, with high floors and wide views. I originally planned to book a twin room, but accidentally booked a king-size bed. When I checked in at the hotel, I negotiated with the front desk and they agreed to change it to a twin bed for free (because I went there early, the room was not very tight at the time. If it was tight, I guess there would be no way). This is quite humane. And the modified room can also see a corner of the ”White House”, a popular check-in spot, which is pretty good! In addition, the service of the front desk brother Kane is very good and efficient, thumbs up 👍

The first time I booked this hotel, I originally booked a king-size bed room at a very favorable price. The front desk lady was very friendly and took the initiative to upgrade us to a large suite. She also gave us a small gift as a surprise. Soon after we arrived in the room, the waiter brought us a plate of fruit, which made us feel the warmth of home! There is a food street near the hotel. In the evening, I just found a ”Tiantian Killing Pig Rice” nearby. The portion of the dishes was very large, the taste was very good, and the price was cheap. The hotel breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety of Western pastries and fruits, and milk, coffee, and soy milk are all available. The hotel is close to the entrance and exit of the highway, and it is very convenient to get on the highway. It is the best choice for tourists who drive by themselves. Five-star praise!

Had a very wonderful 4 nights stay. Service at reception is most helpful especially for us seniors who travelled F&E. Breakfast is great with good varieties. The rooms are clean n the beds are comfortable. Thumbs up for this hotel n highly recommend.

The hotel isn't too far from the airport. I arrived in the middle of the night, and check-in was smooth. The hotel amenities are satisfactory, and it has a classic style. My room was on a high floor, offering expansive views. Breakfast was pretty standard. The only minor drawback was that the surrounding area felt a bit quiet. Overall, a positive experience, happy to leave a good review!
