If I could give a review higher than 5/5, I would. Service is immaculate here, the butlers will help you arrange anything you need and plan your trip even. Amenities are plentiful and they will provide however many you wish to receive. We were well taken care of and would visit the city again just to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is not ideal so they try to make it up with service. However the service is not up to standard. Lulu offered transfer from hotel to railway station this morning but she forgot to book the car! They want to help in many aspects but in vain and caused inconvenience and disturbance to the guests

The service at the hotel is the best I have experienced so far anywhere in the world. The front desk and bartenders, servers like Judy, Elsa and Ivy constantly offered help, providing snacks, fruits and soup, afternoon tea and hands with luggages. and room services. The breakfast is ample with choices and cookers/servers go all the way beyond to help guests … keep up with good services and the hotel will win hearts of people and be rewarded.

The process standard is high and the training is in place. When checking in, a concierge will take the guests from the hotel gate to the elevator, and then the butler team will take over, accompany the guests to check in and help the guests take their luggage to the room; the details such as the waiter in the French restaurant helping the guests pull the chair are very comprehensive, which means that the overall standard of the Zhenbo team is high and well-trained, and the process is clear. 4. Breakfast time is 7:30-13:00. Breakfast and lunch are eaten together, so you can sleep in peacefully. 5. The amenities are sincere enough. The minibar is rich and can be replenished unlimitedly. The razor is of good quality (the wooden handle razor is similar to the one in Chengdu Boshe). The night bed service provides facial masks and diptyque lotion. The toiletries are all diptyque small bottles. The tea products provide the same tea products as Chengdu Boshe, JING. This is a hotel with absolutely no shortcomings (special thanks to the housekeeper Gina).

Guiyang's Zhenpo Hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff at the butler service, front desk, restaurant, and bar were all friendly and proactive, and took good care of us in every aspect. The designer of Zhenbo Hotel skillfully incorporated many of Guizhou's beautiful landscapes and the handicrafts of ethnic minorities into the design of the hotel. I came here because of its reputation. The hotel arranged for the butler Nono to introduce the various design concepts in detail and take us to check in at different places. My friends and I really appreciated Nono's attentiveness and the details of the hotel. The hotel's dining is also excellent. In addition to the rich variety of free brunch, it also presents some famous street snacks. After 11:00, there is a red soup hot pot, which is another surprise. The restaurant has prepared a little bear to accompany guests traveling alone, which is another kind of attentiveness and thoughtfulness. I have recommended many friends who like stylish hotels to stay here. Next time I come to Guiyang, I will definitely stay a few more days in Zhenpo😊

A very perfect hotel. We couldn't find the main entrance. After contacting the hotel, two people came out to pick us up. They also gave me bread and butterfly cakes baked in the store. The croissants and croissants were delicious. When I arrived at the front desk, they handed me hot towels and hot drinks. Seeing that I didn't want a corner room, they upgraded me to a king-size bed room for free. Every staff member we met when we went out greeted us and took the initiative to help us press the elevator. If we need anything, we just need to tell the butler and it will be delivered to the room immediately. There are many types of breakfast. There is also a small hot pot at noon. The butler gave us two cocktail coupons. We went to the top bar for two drinks in the evening. I will stay at this hotel again next time if I have the chance.

We are heavy hotel lovers and like to try different hotels in different cities, but this time we were pleasantly surprised. The housekeeper met us one day in advance. The next day, Tesla came to pick us up at the airport. He didn't let us take our luggage. When we arrived at the door of Zhenbo, there was a secret door. After opening the door, there was a different world. A high-end fragrance came to our faces. The enthusiastic service staff and the lobby with a strong artistic atmosphere were all things we had never experienced before. After checking in, the room was very clean and had a large bathtub. They were all big brands of Kohler. Not long after, the service staff came to deliver fruits, desserts, and water. The housekeeper kept asking about the needs. The place for afternoon tea was also very beautiful, and the dinner was also very exquisite. Both the dishes and the environment felt super five-star. In the evening, the waiter also delivered goodnight desserts, which was very thoughtful. I didn't want to have breakfast the next day. The waiter paired a few plates and sent them directly to the room. I took a bite of bread. Wow, it was so delicious. They were all freshly baked. The takeaway food was also delivered directly to the door, so there was no need to go down to get it. I felt that I really felt the attentive service here. Every staff member was of high quality and good looks. It was like home. When I checked out, I was given a dessert gift, which was so thoughtful. Everyone was responsive. This time, the Guiyang Zhilu Zhenbo Hotel was also an important part of our experience. Perfect! Everyone must come and experience it, especially those who like to stay in good hotels. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none, with a 24-hour private butler, brunch, cocktails, dinner, and a daily updated fruit minibar. Two large bags of fruit snacks were given when I checked out. All the service staff were warm and thoughtful. Thanks to the butler Nono, Elsa, and the lady outside the door who saw us off. I hope this hotel can be opened everywhere and will be our first choice for future travel.
