Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Anantara Guiyang. The facilities are gorgeous and the service was outstanding. We were there on a Monday and it was really quiet -- the hotel seemed pretty empty-- so not all of the facilities were open, for example the lobby bar was closed. But the staff went out of their way to ensure we were fed and happy. I think they kept the restaurant open just for us, it seemed. At the front desk, 小苹果 (who goes by ”Apple”) was outstanding. She made sure every element of our visit was good and that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend staying here and at other Anantara resorts, they do a great job.

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

What a wonderful experience! Definitely the best hotel service and personalised. Upon arrival we were offered a hotel tour due to its unique design and also our room was upgraded😀 Yiliya, was most generous with her time and also offered us some cocktail vouchers and access to view the current photography exhibit on the top floor of the hotel. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Some special mention to Ada for helping us take some great photos too. Would love to visit again when in Guiyang.

My stay experience this time was quite good. 1. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the city center and the transportation is very convenient. The hotel's exterior design is generous and exquisite, and it has a private parking space with direct access to the room, which is very convenient. The waiters are all very friendly, especially the personal butler Xiao Wei, who provided excellent and professional service. He really responded to my requests and contacted me in advance to arrange the room and everything. 2. The room is very clean and spacious, with simple and fashionable decoration style. The beds are very comfortable and you can enjoy a good sleep quality. The rooms are well-equipped with free Wi-Fi and large TVs. The bathroom equipment is also very good, providing a variety of toiletries and soft towels. Most importantly, there is a private soaking pool. It also has a public area with 47 soaking pools, so you can truly enjoy a moment of relaxation. Overall, this hotel provided me with a comfortable, convenient and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for quality service and comfort. I'm also looking forward to staying at this hotel again.

A decent hotel The guy who checked me in was nice, at least he smiled and was able to communicate. The check-out in the morning felt too mechanical and cold. The robot delivered the food from Ele.me in the middle of the night, but got the wrong room number (I didn't know which room ordered the food, and the robot delivered it to our room). Two calls came in the middle of the night, and no one asked or apologized when I checked out in the morning. The service is still lacking, lacking warmth.

A satisfying stay. The room is beautifully decorated, the facilities are advanced, and the service attitude is excellent. It is very suitable for family travel. This is my second time in Guiyang and my first time staying at Sheraton. When checking in, Song Jindong at the front desk (highlight praise) was very patient in asking about the preferences for staying. The guests' needs were properly met. The answers were concise and clear. The handling process was quick and accurate, and the room breakfast was generously presented. The room service staff (sorry for forgetting to ask the name) also provided good service. They cooperated with the room to open the window for ventilation. I asked not to clean the room, but they handled the garbage very considerately. They observed that the mineral water in the room was finished, and they sent a few more bottles of water very attentively the next day. The breakfast was rich and the plates were large. The service staff was warm and thoughtful. They observed the needs of the guests very carefully and provided help in a timely manner. There were cutlery and tableware on each table, which was different from other hotels. It was convenient for guests to take the tableware and it was recommended to maintain the hygiene of the tableware at any time (some guests sneezed at the table). The gym and swimming pool are fully equipped, the swimming pool is very clean, and there are usually swimming lessons in the afternoon, but half of the swimming pool will be reserved for guests to use. The gym service staff guided us into the locker room and introduced the precautions for using the swimming pool and gym. When I swam for a while and answered the phone by the pool, the swimming pool service staff was very considerate and sent a bath towel 👍. In short, the quality of the hotel staff is very high, and the service is the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed in. It will definitely be my first choice next time I come to Guiyang!

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.
