No toothbrush and toothpaste given. Have to purchase at 5000₩ if u don't have. Room is small and I can see dust flying ard. I was driving ard town and was delayed. Reached hotel 1245h. I req late checkout and the staff said cannot. So I req for her to extend till 1315h and she said 1300h. When I checked out, her colleague requested for 22000₩ for late checkout. This wasn't mentioned earlier. Had I known I would be charged I would have taken my own sweet time to pack instead of rushing my 20mths cranky toddler. Staff is inflexible and unsensitive.

the room hotel is a good condition very clean and if your reception desk can speak English, it will be perfect.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was very good.

I didn't like it from the moment I first arrived at the reception. Do I have to ask why I'm here? Is it hard to tell them my room number? Just give them the key and they're going to take care of it? Didn't they clean the room? There were still towels that were used before... Even if there weren't kids, I would've called them over and said something, but I barely held myself back. When I left, they didn't even look at me because they were on the phone. When I put the key down, they motioned for me to leave. The end.

It was right in front of the bus stop, so it was good~! It was on the 16th floor, with a view of Eunpa Lake Park, and the sunrise was so pretty in the morning~ The bed was comfortable and nice~ However, there were a few stains on the bedding, so it was a bit disappointing!

The room was clean and tidy, and quiet at night. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, helping to call a taxi, and the service was very good. The breakfast was rich, with fruits such as bananas and oranges, which were fresh. The cabbage soup was delicious, but it was quite spicy.

The staff were very friendly. However, the only regret was that there was too much dust in the room. The bed headboard was also covered with dust. There was a lot of dust flying around. That part was a little disappointing.

If you are going to Gunsan for business, there is no better place than this. If you are going on a business trip with foreign guests, this is the best choice. There are many Western foreigners eating pajeon and beer near the fountain park.

I stayed comfortably with my elementary school child and three family members in a twin bed with a wide bed size. I wanted to go to a good restaurant in Gunsan, so I asked the desk and they gave me a printed list. I looked through the list and found that it was a really good restaurant. The staff were all friendly and I had a pleasant trip without any inconvenience^^

The lighting is very dim, the room is small and clean, there are many restaurants nearby, Starbucks beverage shop, fried BBQ restaurant...it's very convenient for eating, shopping and refueling. But when you check in, you have to check in after three o'clock, which is almost impossible.
