Overall it was a decent stay at the GM JS boutique especially for the price. Service and amenities were standard - staff were polite & hotel room had the basic amenities you need…there’s extra charge of 1000 KRW if you use the toiletries though, ie shampoo, toothbrush, etc… One thing we noticed when we entered though was the smoke smell, perhaps it had something to do with ventilation or pipes.. it was gone the day after. It was also quite dusty so our all allergies were definitely triggered for the first few days… it would be great if the room could be cleaner as well, there were some blotches on the wall/cabinet. In terms of location, it’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, bus & subway station, which was good. If you’re planning on going around tourist areas, ie Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, area, the location is quite far though. When we tried to take taxis back to our accommodation, some refused as they say they don’t plan to go that far… Size of the room was quite good, spacious enough for 2 people and open up your luggage. There’s a study table with chair and a small coffee table with chair. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious with a smart toilet (seat is also heated) & bidet. Would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly one & good for the price!

Our room number was on the second floor... First time I the room with such high ceiling❤️. The design of the room was really nice and unusual🥰. We had 3 beds (for one family of 4 persons). The bed sheets and other goods were really clean. The tempreture in the room was comfortable and was regulated by the Hotel administration, I guess. The parking was free, right in the Hotel. Going to visit this Hotel again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This boutique hotel was surprisingly comfortable to stay at. Although the neighbourhood was slightly rowdy with drinking crowd at night and alot of eateries & bars around, the room is quiet and cosy. We stayed in a 30m2 room with a huge toilet and spacious room. The front desk manager Mr Yu is the kindest most hospitable person Ive meet at a hotel. He took time to chat with us and made us a hot drink when the weather was getting cold. The lobby is nice with an adequate seating area for traveller who need to do their work/ meet with friends. Accessibility is good with the Metro being 7mins walk and airport bus stop 5mins walk away. I recommend the 24he Kimchi Jigae with Pork eatery around the corner.. its the best!

It's nice because it's near the station, but the facilities are very outdated. No matter how cheap the accommodation voucher was, sleeping in a facility like this... When I told the front desk staff that it was too cold at night, they said I could turn on the heating using the system air conditioner. They said that the ceiling was so high that a small air conditioner wouldn't provide heating, so I ended up giving them a radiator. They say it's expensive, but it doesn't seem to be 2 stars. Even if I have a schedule next time, I don't think I will use it. It's the worst.

I went on a business trip. The facilities were 2-3 stars, but it was easy to take the airport limousine bus, it was close to the subway station, and it was very convenient as it was near restaurants. However, there was only one breakfast and the surrounding area is a commercial area, so you have to tolerate some noise. The staff were all friendly.

It's in the center of Gwangmyeong, so it's easy to go anywhere, and the commercial district right in front is great for hanging out. The room condition is good and the bathtub is great.

Recommended for those who come to Gocheok Dome to watch the CON! It took about half an hour to take the subway, especially when I came back from the show very quickly. When I entered the Jiuyi Station, a large crowd was crowded underneath. There were not many people walking in my direction. The disadvantage is that it is far from the city. It is difficult to go to places like Hongdae. It takes more than an hour, it depends on personal needs~ But the downstairs is also very lively at night, there are a lot of food, convenience stores are quite complete, and there is a police station next to it. I felt very safe when I came there in the middle of the night on the first day 😂The hotel environment is not bad. I stayed for 4 nights in total. Because we made separate reservations, I changed rooms on the last day. They were not too small and I was very satisfied with the windows. 😂The first room also had a bathtub, except for one time. Sex slippers and other toiletries are basically provided. Auntie cleans and replaces the toiletries every day. Remember to bring your own conversion plug. The bed is quite big. It feels like there is still room for one person to squeeze in between when we sleep together.

The room was nice and warm. The subway entrance and airport bus are both 3 minutes away. English is supported. There are commercial streets around, all full of food. The wet market and outlets are all just one stop away on the subway. very convenient!

The hotel is close to the station, and you can get there from Incheon Airport with just one bus ride, so it's very accessible. The surrounding area is bright and crowded even at night. The room was spacious enough to fit a suitcase, and the receptionist was very kind. This is a hotel where you can stay safely even if you're traveling alone.

As always, it's a clean and comfortable hotel. This time I had a room on the second floor, but a floor a little higher would have been better.

The location is quite convenient. It's far from the city, but it's cheaper. It takes 40 minutes by subway to the scenic spot. It's acceptable. It's ok. Facilities: OK Health: Pretty clean Environment: near the subway, relatively convenient Service: Average service in English

It was cleaner and better than I expected. I can hear some noise because it's next to the elevator. It was a bit like a small room. The location is comparable to other rooms.
