Good location. Staff were friendly. Not too far from main city centre.

The bed is super comfy and the triple room is also large enough. The breakfast variety can be improved. However the staff are all very polite and helpful. Very valued for money for the quality of the hotel and service received!

This is my first time to Taitung. Between Hotel Royal Chihpin and Z hotel, I chose Z Hotel due to its strategic location in city centre and close proximity to many eateries, Taitung forest park & Haibin park. To make sure that I get to enjoy the high quality onsen, I took a cab which cost me TWD500 to HRC. The breakfast served at Z Hotel was my favourite among all the hotels which serve buffet breakfast. Oh, did I mention that I got auto upgrade to a spacious, deluxe triple room ? The bed is very comfortable and room is squeakily clean. Though it is facing the main road, I didn’t hear any traffic noise at all !

This is the 1st time I have been staying in taitung z Hotel. The staff is friendly, the hotel environment is nice, the room is spacious, the location is good and convenient. Along the road you can find many retailer shops such as cosmetics, shoes, clothes etc.Not forgetting there are also many food & drinkshopsp along the way. You may also like to drop by the night market to grab some local delight. I was lucky to see the chinese new year street festival - bombing of Master Han Tan. Master Han Tan is a god of money, people believed  that throwing fire crackers and chasing the cold away will be blessed by the god of money. Highly recommended.

The owner's management is thoughtful, and the body soap and hand soap provided are very attentive. The breakfast dishes are not many but nutritious and delicious. The decoration of the restaurant has a homey feel. The room is not big, but it is just right for staying in. The mattress and pillows are very good for sleeping!

The bedding is very comfortable, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the front desk staff is friendly. The bathroom floor drain drains slowly and the shower water pressure is low, making it difficult to adjust hot and cold water.

First of all, I must say that the hotel's waiters are all very kind and nice. They gave a lot of useful suggestions about food and travel as soon as we arrived. They also cared about our food and accommodation habits during breakfast. When we were leaving, he helped us call a taxi to Taitung Railway Station. Knowing that we were in a hurry and worried that we wouldn't make it, he helped us a lot and gave us some suggestions where we could go for a walk if we couldn't make it. I was originally worried about the hotel's facilities before checking in, but after I checked in, I felt they were all very good. The room was larger than expected, and the lighting was better than expected (I was more worried about the dim lighting). It made people feel warm and secure. The location is very good. Guangnan is just downstairs, where you can find everything you want to buy. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Tourist Night Market and Quanlian. If you continue walking along the night market for about 5 minutes, you will reach Tiehua Village. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the hotel room, so I only have the messy photos I made, so I won’t upload them haha. All in all, it’s better than expected! My family especially likes the friendliness of the hotel staff and the breakfast. Taitung Hotel is the best choice!

Close to the night market and convenient to tourist attractions!

The accommodation is located in downtown Taitung. The geographical environment is excellent. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is low-carbon and healthy. I am generally very satisfied.

The attitude of the hotel service staff is very good. It is very convenient to park your own car and have free access with the magnetic buckle. The breakfast location is very beautiful and the room is very clean. You can bring your own supplies in an environmentally friendly hotel. Of course, the service staff are also considerate and ask if you need anything.
