Avi Pangkor Beach Resort Reviews

The front office service was excellent. They are friendly and attentive. The room was good. Comfortable bed, clean and with amazing direct sea view. We were assigned to level 3. The room type is Superior King. Breakfast buffet is great. A standard continental breakfast buffet. A highlight for the buffet is their Nasi Lemak and Chicken Rendang. We enjoyed our stay and the swimming pool is good place to chill.

Overall experience is superb. Check in staff is friendly. Nice room with swimming pool and come with breakfast. Walking distance to the beach and food stall. Very convenient.

Avi Pangkor is located in the Pasir Bogak area. Peaceful environment. Got water sports activities on the beach right across the hotel. There are also food stalls and a local convenience store in front of the hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a good hotel for a quiet and peaceful holiday.

The breakfast has modest amount of choices. Enjoyed my stay. The kitchen staff was polite and took care of my family and i well during the breakfast.

Great location and ambience.we love the interior design of the hotel and the pool was so fun. However we regret for the Breakfast. There is many choices however the omelette was tasteless and very disappointed. The rendang Ayam was not taste at all.however we satisfied with the reception and lobby staf.so responsive and very helpful.

Great stay @ Avi Pangkor. Had experienced luxurious hospitality by the hotel staffs. They were so obliged & helpful. Location is little far from the Pasir Bogak (around 300m walking distance) happening area but it's fine for me as I had rented a bike to move around the island. Overall would recommend Avi Pangkor the 2nd best stay in Pangkor. Pangkor last stands by the 1st in my list.😊

All the towels are yellow and don’t feel clean or white..Retail staff good service. Swimming tower felling better than the hotel towel.

It was my second time staying at this hotel and it will still be my choice if I were to go to pangkor again

It’s a decent hotel considering there aren’t many proper hotels on the main island itself. But I expected better considering this is under Avilion’s management. Air conditioning is too weak for a room of that size, was up at night sweating and having trouble sleeping. Same aircond was leaking as well; directly onto the TV below it. Walls are too thin; we could hear our neighbours’ exciting romps & vigorous activities at night and during the wee hours of the morning. Breakfast was edible but not great. Not a bad value, but there could be further improvements (especially the air conditioning).

I love staying in this hotel, the room is clean n big enough for family, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The ambience is nice n quite. Not too far from the jetty. Near to the beach, easy excess to the food stalls. Love it. No complain at all. Also they allowed me to do the check in early. This that make me more love about this hotel. Will come back.

Overall, I am not satisfied with it. The air conditioner is not cold. There are many ants in front of the toilet. The price is not cheap.
