Take Hotel Seoul Gwangmyeong Reviews

This hotel is very close to Gangnam, Seoul, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which is convenient. There's a train station and an airport shuttle bus just across the street. The price is reasonable; it would be hard to find a hotel with these conditions in Gangnam for the same price. The hotel isn't luxurious, but it's very clean and the decor is quite new. I personally really like it.

I enjoyed the stay. It is rare to be able to find a hotel room where 4 of us can stay comfortably and the bunk bed plus the king bed was perfect for us and 2 kids. The bedding was comfortable. Swimming pool was good. The hotel breakfast had many choices from the usual continental breakfast stuff, Korean food, and even a ramen and egg station. Perfect choice for our family.

Worst experience ever in Korea. The room smelled absolutely horrible, so bad that I had to open the window in the middle of the night, even though it was below zero degrees Celsius. Even with the window open, the smell persisted. The bathroom was even worse, and the entire room reeked of sewage. We arrived so late that my child was already asleep, so changing rooms wasn't an option. We just had to endure it for the night. The next day, when I checked out and told the staff, their cold response was, 'Oh, I'm sorry. We'll send someone to check it out later.' And that was it.

Stayed for two days with the kids. It was extremely comfortable and clean. Having a shopping mall nearby was also very convenient.

Visited this hotel for 4th times. The location is perfect, 10 mins from KTX station by walk.

The facilities are brand new and in excellent condition; they even host small art exhibitions across the two lobby floors. My overall stay was fantastic. It felt like a cozy, clean mini-apartment, and as a solo traveler, I felt very safe. Plus, it offers excellent value for money. While it's a bit further from Seoul, getting there by subway or KTX is quite convenient.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious but the swimming pool was very crowded.

Nice place and very delicious breakfast

While choosing a hotel to book, I knew before even arriving that Take Hotel would be a good decision. Overall the room was great. It is fairly close to Incheon International Airport. The bathroom had each section (toilet, shower and sink) separated which was convenient. There was a large window with really good lighting and a nice view of the area. There were many outlets and several conveniently placed light switches.

I love the hotel. It is clean and next to small shopping complex. Safe environment. It's just far from myeongdong.

The hotel is very close to Costco, Ikea, and Lotte Mall. Nothing fancy about the hotel but It is very close to the train station.
