Maspalomas Hotels with Gym

Yesterday, I just arrived at the time and I couldn’t decide whether to book this for three days. I originally decided to bring the baby before leaving or to come by myself. Because it takes four hours to fly in Geneva, I am afraid that he will not be able to make it on the plane. This hotel has two large pools and a children's pool, the hotel is not very green and looks very clean. Three restaurants, buffet, Spanish restaurant and a Fusion restaurant. The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time. It was great again. Sea view room near the boulevard. Nice dining and fantastic wellness and sauna. Personal service and therefore reason for many people to come back. Tonight.

The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

The hotel's scenery and environment are exceptionally good and very relaxing. The seawater bath spa and the infinity spa pool facing the sea are definitely worth experiencing. The service is also on point, though it's a shame that most of the staff don't speak English. They also messed up my room service order three times. 😅

The “Pool View Suite” had no view of the Pool. No way are they of 4 Star Standard either. Lots of Cracked tiles and very shoddy and aged.. Food was very good and plentiful.. The staff extremely friendly, but at €300 a night, we felt very cheated with everything about Room 812 that was deemed a “Pool View and Garden View Suite”!! Besides zero view of the Pool, it was of very aged decor and in urgent need of modernisation.. Not to  mention the Gardeners making noise with machinery from around 4am In the morning.. Would not return

The location of the hotel is good, more than ten minutes walk from the famous British beach. The back door of the hotel is a large market with shops and bars and restaurants. The room is quite large and clean. The breakfast is particularly rich and varied. Especially orange juice is completely squeezed! Must like 👍 In the evening, the hotel will hold a pool concert, and the female singer sings really well. The staff is very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help with the luggage. The restaurant staff is also very enthusiastic. The flaw is: the safe is not available for electricity, and the seat decoration is not in place: leaking.

We have wanted to stay at AxelBeach for a while. People told us it's just an expensive old hotel, but because of the name it stays busy. Well, unfortunately that is the case. The rooms look like they haven't been updated for 50 years. The TV is old and the wires behind it were frayed so badly it didn't have a signal. And the mattresses are so thin and uncomfortable I woke up yesterday with pain shooting down my lower back and legs. There's no excuse for cheap pillows and mattresses if you're going to charge this much. And we had a suite! It's like they're happy taking the *** $ but not meeting our expectations with that money. Other places to stay are much nicer. But on a positive note, the staff are absolutely incredible. They were always so friendly and helpful. I just wish that we had a better experience with the rooms.

I was there for 3 nights as a single traveler. The hotel was very good, very friendly staff, very clean everything. My room on the 5th floor was very beautiful, sea view, with small balcony. The food was varied and tasted well, the dining room is quite large, but despite many people the old wardrobe was quickly cleaned. A clear recommendation from me for this hotel! Thank you to all the staff for the kindness and helpfulness. And then another recommendation for a Swedish massage of Lourdes and her sister, offered in the hotel. It was great!

This is a four-star hotel, but it is really quite big with the five-star gap. First of all, it is all-inclusive. The orange juice seems to be orange juice powder. The food variety is less basic and there is no seafood. The pool is not big. Children run around and around. The service front desk was slow and the room was booked for a long time. I couldn't find the order number. I had to wait for a long time. The bathroom bath was also very small and very inconvenient. It is a few hundred yuan less than five stars, but the gap is still very large in all aspects, not very distinctive hotel

Such a fantastic hotel and perfect location, the rooms are brilliant and with 5* service . It is a huge hotel so plenty of swimming pools to choose from and always clean. The food is delicious and the receptionists are wonderful ,ready to meet your needs 24/7
