This hotel is especially suitable for Chinese travelers. The owner is warm and attentive, and there's a resident police officer who provides chartered car security, so you can relax completely. The food is Chinese, which is rare in Africa, and the breakfast is particularly delicious and plentiful!

This hotel in Nigeria is a must-recommend! The service is excellent, it's safe and quiet, and the food is great. They also offer airport transfers, and the facilities are comprehensive. It really made me feel at home. Highly recommend!

The hotel bedroom are not up to 4star standard. The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered . flies in the dining room. I complained to the manager. Which she apologised and changed me to another room which was a bit better but not 4star standard. There pool side was ok for the night life. There staffs are good but the hotel needs a good maintenance

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

In overall, i score “A” for the hotel, in term of location and security. I booked for standard room, but sold out and they upgraded me to deluxe, appreciations that gesture!  The only snag about this hotel is that they need to work on their breakfast. It’s like they impose what they like on lodgers, which should not be so. IIn addition, they need to work on some of their gadgets I.e obsolete tiny refrigerators with molds sorrounding the fridge. The internet, forget it, it’s not something to home about, flunctuation is the order of the day. Staffs are courteous. Great team👍👍👍

The hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. There's a Chinese chef, and the food was delicious and beautifully prepared. The environment is lovely, and the location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. Plus, there's security, so it feels very safe. The attentive service and clean, tidy rooms are a huge plus. Definitely five stars! From now on, when I'm on a business trip in Lagos, Sister Zhou Hotel will be my first choice. Great service, good food excellent environment and secured location. The room was well lit and comfortable.

The hotel’s location was very convenient for my trip, and the facilities and amenities met a good standard. The staff (although some have attitude issues) were also polite and welcoming throughout my stay. However, guests (particularly non national) should be cautious when requesting services or ordering food, as pricing are inflated, inconsistent and significantly higher than what’s stipulated on the menu. I would strongly recommend checking the menu carefully and comparing prices with nearby hotels or service providers before making purchases to avoid being overcharged. This is also applicable outside the hotel.
