The hotel's location is very central, with all the city's attractions within walking distance, right next to the busiest pedestrian street. However, it's a bit far from the station. On the day I arrived, dragging my luggage from the station on a slippery road, it took me a while to find it. There's construction happening next door and across the street, which slightly affects the view. The room isn't large, but it's fine for one person. Breakfast was also decent.

Great location! You can get here from the airport by taking a train and then the subway, or a taxi for about 700 NOK. The main highlight is the hotel's breakfast – it's absolutely fantastic. Plus, the rooms are really spacious. Definitely recommend it!

The hotel is so beautiful. Really so beautiful. The architecture, furniture and lighting design are all exquisite.

The tak Japanese restaurant upstairs overlooks the whole city. The sushi, sashimi and cocktails taste very good

A family of three stayed in a family room on the 5th floor. The room was a bit cramped, but its location on Karl Johans Gate was excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. Breakfast was good, and if you couldn't make it to breakfast, the front desk would thoughtfully arrange a convenient breakfast for you to take away if informed in advance.

Guest UserFirst of all, my baby and I brought 3 pieces of luggage, and the receptionist didn't seem to want to help at all. When I checked out, I met a very good receptionist, who was very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location and has a high cost-effectiveness. This price is much more comfortable than living in Japan.

Lounge and bar made socialising quite a comfortable experience and I very much appreciated the extremely very buffet breakfast with plenty of healthy options and tasty treats. SL Ng VictorBook this comfort hotel for proximity to central station yet far enough to be away from pedestrians. Near tram and bus stations as well that can bring you all over town. Walking distance to Munch Museum, Bjorvika broadwalk all the way to Akershus Fortress and Castle. Breakfast was GOOD. Same stuff everyday but variety enough to try different things for 3 days.

Guest UserThis hotel is conveniently located within a shopping complex that connects directly to the train station, offering a wide variety of dining options. The complimentary luggage storage was incredibly helpful, especially since we were traveling by train to explore the Norwegian fjords. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally warm, friendly, polite, and eager to assist, providing us with a lot of help. Our room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was extensive. The restaurant ambiance was cozy and made for great photos. Highly recommend for travelers! 👍👍

Guest UserThe location is ok. Room very small, we can’t open our luggage fully. Bathroom also small. However the breakfast was good, it has salmon and brown cheese, good varieties. There’s coffee tea making facilities which is a plus especially with the cold weather there.
