GGuest UserThe room is way much smaller than I expect unless you don't have many baggage. However, the room is clean and water flow comes from the faucet and hand shower are quite strong and warm. The room is super quite and the there are a variety of food and diversify drink and coffee for breakfast you can select. The hotel location is near downtown of Oslo for 3 mins walk. It's so convenient to buy everything you want in Oslo.

FFarah Binti RamliThe hotel is centrally located in Oslo, with many major attractions just a short walk away, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room was okay and comfortable enough for our stay. However, during winter it could feel quite cold since the heating system is centralized and not individually adjustable. That said, we truly loved the breakfast!! There was a great variety of food, and the free-flow coffee was definitely a highlight for us. It was so nice to be able to enjoy as many cups as we wanted, especially on cold winter.

VVivi MelaniThe room lighting is very uncomfortable as it is far too dim. The policy of cleaning the room only on the 4th day of stay is quite unusual and negatively affects sleep comfort. The bed is overly soft and feels closer to the quality of a rollaway bed. On a positive note, the hotel lobby is well designed and the location is fairly strategic. As an additional observation, visiting Oslo during Christmas is not advisable, as most shops and restaurants are closed for up to three days, making the city extremely quiet, almost like a ghost town.

GGuest UserThe hotel had great communal facilities, and I particularly appreciated the shared kitchen. However, upon check-in, we were initially given an attic room, which was quite puzzling. After contacting Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a much larger and more spacious room. On the downside, the staff's attitude was rather indifferent. The soundproofing in the room was terrible; there was constant screaming outside our window and car racing late into the night, so I wouldn't really recommend it.

GGuest UserCozy room and amazing hot shower throughout the day. We reached the hotel early around 12noon and got early check-in as well. Breakfast was amazing. Front office staff was super friendly and helpful, welcomed us with warm smile and greetings (i forgot her name - long black hair). The surrounding area may seem dull BUT it was safely with many people walking about. 5min walking distance to pretty much anywhere (tram/metro/restaurants). There's a 7/11 just across the hotel for extra convenience.

AAI CHEN CHUALocation is really good. In the middle of the shopping street and very close to the train station. Room is very clean and they provide small helpful items that you may need such as a water bottle. Bed is single size. I didn't know that the check in can be done via their website to get the access code. But I managed to sort it out soon. Really value for money in Oslo!

陌陌上行The location is excellent, within walking distance of various attractions. City Hall is a two-minute walk away; Pipervika, the Oslo Fjord pier, is just a few steps left from the hotel; Akershus Fortress; the National Theatre, the Royal Palace, the Main Sculpture Park... The room was small but comfortable, and hot water was available from the coffee machine near the front desk. The front desk service was excellent. Check-in was not until 3:00 PM, so I left my luggage and went out to explore. Overall, it was a great value.

GGuest UserTruly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

GGuest UserWe chose an apt because we like to do our own cooking  The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top. No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests  provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay.

TtorinessApartment in great location - easy and picturesque walk or quick subway to central station and downtown area. Great little kitchenette to cook your own meals to save $ with supermarket nearby. Bathroom with washing machine, our washed clothes dried overnight hung up in bathroom because of floor heating. Easy & quick check in process even though no reception. There are staff on site - I got extra towels as soon as I asked. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Oslo.
