Guest UserAlthough this hotel is next to the highway, it's still very quiet. The grove of trees behind the hotel is perfect for morning and evening strolls. The environment is excellent. Check-in and check-out were simple and efficient, and the staff were very welcoming. Highly recommended as a top choice for accommodation in Flagstaff.

The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

Great Location and Perks, but Where is the Staff?
I’m giving this stay 3 stars strictly due to the service, which was among the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel.
The biggest issue is the lack of presence at the front desk. At my scheduled check-in time, the reception was empty. I had to repeatedly shout ”hello” before anyone appeared. This happened throughout my stay—whenever I had a question about the weather or my tour, I had to yell for someone to come out from the back. If you aren't going to staff the desk 24/7, please at least invest in a service bell so guests don't have to shout.
The housekeeping staff also seemed to be in their own world. They rarely acknowledged guests; in fact, I frequently found myself holding the elevator door for them to exit before me. When I asked for a shower cap, I was told they simply don't provide them.
It’s a shame because the location is actually great and very quiet, with plenty of parking available. The hotel does offer some nice perks, like a free breakfast for guests and complimentary cookies in the pantry. However, unlike other places, the coffee and tea are pre-made rather than freshly brewed.
Overall: If you value peace and quiet and don't mind hunting for staff when you need help, the location is fine. But the service culture here needs a serious overhaul.

Hubby and k got the last available room as we did not have plans to go as far as the Grand Canyon NP on this supposedly short trip. We were very happy to find this location, perfect for distance just outside the South Entrance. We got what we needed at the little store available in the hotel as well as having dinner in the Saloon without having to go anywhere outside. Our room was very clean, have coffee available for the next day with amenities just enough to get us over for the next day. I’d stay here again as it was also very affordable. Highly recommend it.

The location is good, there is a business district nearby, Blue McDonald's is within walking distance, the room is clean, the facilities are relatively new, the hotel has its own parking lot, and the breakfast is also OK

I came from the Grand Canyon, on a road trip through Red Rock country. Tuba City was an easy overnight. Nav ajoland was clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. It sits adjacent to the Tuba Trading Post and Navajo Codetalkers museum. I a rrived 5 minutes after those closed and had to be on the road an hour before they opened - bummer. It was HOT during this road trip - so I often judge a place by its pool and airconditioner! No pool here, but a small dog park so my pup could be off leash. Good foot at the Hogan Restaurant, also adjacent to the hotel, again with very friendly staff. Good internet and nice room layout.

An ordinary hotel, nothing particularly special, but overall it matches the price you pay. The facilities and services are quite basic, yet reasonable for the budget. It’s a decent option if you’re simply looking for a place to stay.

Guest UserGreat access to Tlaquepaque. This place made us extend our stay by one more night as soon as we checked in. The room was spacious and came with a kitchen we could use. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The jacuzzi, swimming pool, and landscaping - everything was satisfying.

邹It's more convenient to stay here to play with snow in Friegerstaf. The hotel does not provide breakfast, free parking, tourist towns, and the price difference between the peak and low seasons is quite large. The peak season is more than double.

Anyway, it's not a bad idea to choose a chain hotel for comfort when traveling. It also provides a simple breakfast so you can eat something quickly. The room is quite large and the hygiene is OK. There is a Walmart opposite the hotel, which is convenient for shopping.
Page Town itself is not big, so it doesn't matter which one you choose when you drive here. It takes only 10 minutes to drive from the hotel to Horseshoe Bay, and it takes only about 10 minutes to drive to Antelope Canyon.
