The location is very good. It's right in Hainan Building, the Internet Building. It's very close to the company's office. It's right in Hainan Building. It's very convenient to travel. It's also convenient to eat nearby. It's quite lively. It's in the city center. It's a pretty good hotel. I will stay there next time when I come to Hainan for a business trip. Came here to stay.

The environment and people are very good, the hygiene and service are very good, anything the room needs can be delivered immediately, the staff is extremely enthusiastic, the location is also very good and convenient, the girl at the front desk recommended a lot of delicious food and fun things. Atour light is a great hotel even though its not as big as other hotels. I like to praise the staff'for their positive, helpful attitude. I am satisfied with their service, especially a young man by the name of Yan Yee who goes beyond his duty to help with translation of english. Assist in booking our cab and assist especially with the mandarin address which we were clueless. Kudos to all the front line staff and ground staff who were very helpful even when they were busy. A young cheerful lady staff (did not get her name) was also very helpful too in helping us on our final day of checkout when we have difficulty with the didi booking App. We very much appreciated their fantastic service, the past few days of our stay here. Keep up the good job. Your management should be very proud to have such a great team. Our 4-nights stay here was made pleasant. Hotel location is Evergrande Bund community Whether it is the location or the living environment, it is really good. Let me talk about the location first. It is very close to the old street of Qilou, the clock tower, the Yundong Library, and the Century Bridge. There is a car in the community and it is convenient to travel. The community has complete facilities, there are several convenience stores and snack bars downstairs, and when I left today, I saw that the community had arrived at a new children's toy facility. My son liked the room very much as soon as he entered it. He basically sat on the bay window and played. The home supplies prepared were very complete. It can be said that comfort is the biggest feeling these days.

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

Warmly greeted at reception and was upgraded to a family room. Staff brought us and our bags to the room, and made sure we were happy with it. Any queries or requests were instantly resolved. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Kids loved the xiaodu-xiaodu smart room controls. Hotel itself is walking distance to several malls, Starbucks and the WanLv garden. Downstairs is a ”must-try” renowned bakery. Good dimsum restaurant on the 3rd floor. A top choice if we visit Haikou again!

Newly opened hotel in a good location, many restaurants within walking distance The suite room 2001 was large and clean, special thanks to the housekeeping lady she provides excellent service during my stay. Great service 👍

The hotel upgraded us to the presidential suite for free, which was very nice. We also gave us coffee rolls and a rich breakfast. It is very close to the train station and surrounded by business districts, which is very convenient. The swimming pool on the 5th floor is quite rare when it is hot. I was very satisfied with my stay.
